Very good location - in the centre of Cologne - with a lot of communications, kind personnel, reasonable price, my room was quiet

The lighting of the room could be better and some more consumables could be provided (such as soap, plastic hats et c.)

The cleaning room was 5 stars. The best service ever !!

Telephone ... should work in 21st Century ... in both directions !! You could receive calls but you will never call somebody from your room ! Keep that in your mind.

Free use of the sister hotel spa/sauna facilities a 15 minute walk away.

The rooms we got (two seperate singels) were not refurbished as the photos indicated but old with a shower the size of a phone booth. Don't book unless you get one of the reburbished rooms. We complained but all rooms were fully booked. We got a slight reimbursement but this was not noted on our bill so when we checked it took 15 minutes while all this was validated. It was a hassle.

Friendly bi-lingual staff; great location close to the old town and the Rhine, and just a ten minute walk from the Cathedral and train station. Clean rooms, very good breakfast.

We attended a trade fair, but this hotel is quite central in walking distance of bars and restaurants.

the hotel staff were very friendly and all spoke very good english. The room was clean and was cleaned daily.

on the booking it stated the hotel had spa facilitiesincluded, on arrival we found out that this was at another hotel the other side of cologne and you had to pay extra to use it. could of done with knowing the hotel changed its name.....

Die Zimmer entsprechen nicht den Bildern im Netz, sehr unkomfortable Einzelzimmer, sehr hellhörig, schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Esta a unos 5 minutos del centro. El desayuno y la habitación aceptables.

El hotel en general es un desastre, es viejo, las chicas de la recepción nunca estan en su puesto de trabajo y si estan de poco te sirven, en mi habitación no funcionba el secador de pelo y fueron incapaces, en cuatro días, de arreglarlo o darme uno nuevo. Nada tiene que ver la descripción del hotel con la realidad, sinceramente no lo recomiento a nadie.Por el precio de este hotel, seguro que hay mucho mejores, no es nada dificil.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr Zentral. In 3min Fussweg kann man die Einkaufsstrassen erreichen. Der Dom und andere Sehenwürdigkeiten sind auch bequem zu Fuss zu erreichen. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und das Personal sehr aufmerksahm.
