The location is really good! Well, the rooms look much nicer on the pictures than in reality. We were there couple days ago, the beds right next to windows, were really cold!!! I don't know, if it is about old windows or ... that it was really cold outside. |

Very clean, great location, walked everywhere. Breakfast was great, staff friendly. Will definitely stay again! Had to pay to park in a garage across the street (17 Euro a night). Also, not as soundproof as I would have liked -- a crowded and loud room above us kept waking us up throughout the night. |

Very good location - in the centre of Cologne - with a lot of communications, kind personnel, reasonable price, my room was quiet The lighting of the room could be better and some more consumables could be provided (such as soap, plastic hats et c.) |

Close to the old town and the main shopping district of Cologne, ~ 15-20 min walk to the main station, ~5 min to the Chocolate Museum and the Rhine, 5 min to the Heumarkt area. Friendly staff. Hotel room was very small, so was the bathroom - taking a shower regularly flooded the bathroom due to lack of a fitting enclosure or curtain. The bed was fitted neatly between two walls with the effect that taller people (> 1.90m) are a tight fit. The room smelled faintly of smoke, so as if it has been only recently converted into a 'non-smoking' room. Breakfast buffet can be considered mediocre at best. |

The cleaning room was 5 stars. The best service ever !! Telephone ... should work in 21st Century ... in both directions !! You could receive calls but you will never call somebody from your room ! Keep that in your mind. |

friendly and helpful recepsion the pictures on the web was the ones I stayed in.It was still clean and warm but not like the design rooms shown on the website.Other than that everything was fine. |

Free use of the sister hotel spa/sauna facilities a 15 minute walk away. The rooms we got (two seperate singels) were not refurbished as the photos indicated but old with a shower the size of a phone booth. Don't book unless you get one of the reburbished rooms. We complained but all rooms were fully booked. We got a slight reimbursement but this was not noted on our bill so when we checked it took 15 minutes while all this was validated. It was a hassle. |

Nice beds, good location close to city centre 1. Plastic flooring 2. The hotel is connected to some kind of SPA, in some papers it is included in the room price, in others there is a discount - please give clear information on costs etc. 3. WiFi should always be free for a hotel guest. |

the hotel staff were very friendly and all spoke very good english. The room was clean and was cleaned daily. on the booking it stated the hotel had spa facilitiesincluded, on arrival we found out that this was at another hotel the other side of cologne and you had to pay extra to use it. could of done with knowing the hotel changed its name..... |

Eigenlijk was alles positief aan dit hotel.Vriendelijke en behulpzame receptioniste.Uitstekende ligging, nette kamer, ruimschoots handdoeken, goede bedden en schoon.Ook het ontbijtbuffet was uitstekend, voor herhaling vatbaar. De kamer was zeer mooi heringericht. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en lekker. Zeer sympathiek was ook de toelating om onze auto zonder meerprijs in de garage te laten staan na ons uitchecken, tot ons vertrek 's avonds. Een minpunt: de kamerdeur en de badkamerdeur, welke best bijgewerkt en geschilderd worden. Ze zijn totaal verouderd en vormen de enige, niet vernieuwde zaken in de kamer. |

Die Lage zur Altstadt ist sehr gut, straßenorientierte Zimmer morgens jedoch etwas laut. Frühstück ist in Ordnung. Die angebotenen Leistungen z.B. Wellness-Baden sind im Angebot nicht als so weit entfernt in einem anderen Hotel erkennbar! |
