The fitness centre needs more equipment

There were a lot of different places to eat in the hotel with good variety. S-bahn just 100m from hotel and 30 min trip to center of Berlin with one change. Trains every 10 mins or so. Taxi 20Euro from main train station. Good views of Berlin from one side of hotel.

Very basic room. No kettle or iron in room - beds and pillows not very comfy. Only one chair although double room. Basic business type room. Clean though. Also breakfast not over exciting and lots of staff clearing things away as you eat. Made you feel very rushed. Not a quiet breakfast! Area around the hotel not very nice, long way to wake to anything iteresting.

Handy for local transport services

Rooms were of poor quality, no coffee/tea making facilities, no safe, no trouser press, poor quality beds, quilts and pillows. After staying in the Andles Hotel prior to the Estrel I was sorry I had booked to stay there.

as mentioned above I did not like it at all. The location, the room, the bed, the shower were all very poor.

convention facilities under the same roof as the hotel rooms

for a business hotel, the wireless internet connection fee of 24 eur per day is too expensive. Also the hotel is relatively far away from Berlin downtown.

Good breakfast, nice eating place, nice ahitecture

Hotel Estrel requests empty credit card slip in advance as a guarrantee for possible future costs even I have paid room in advance for the whole stay.

room smelled of cigarette smoke when occupant next door lit up. There was no tea/coffee making facility in the room, no shampoo, no safe. Not easy to get served at the bar

Hormis les équipements en général et sa situation géographique idéale pour les affaires, rien d'autre.

Le service est inexistant à la réception, le personnel désagréable et franchement détestable dès qu'une question lui est posée. Le prix est surfait pour cet hôtel; il ne mérite même pas une étoile... A ne pas recommander dans tous les cas, d'autant plus que l'offre d'hôtels sur Berlin est immense. La première fois dans celui-ci et la dernière quel que ce soit le prix proposé alors que nous sommes souvent à Berlin.

Det er et stort kongresshotell og vel egnet til dette. Flere muligheter for restaurantbesøk på hotellet uten å måtte reise inn til sentrum.

Vroeg inchecken geen probleem. Kamer prima. Verder geen info.

Te warm, te groot, te ver van de stad. Ontbijt a 18 euro niet genomen vanwege prijs. Geen gezellig hotel.

Tiene varios y diferentes tipos de restaurantes en el mismo atrio del hotel. Muy espacioso

Está lejísimos de la zona turística de Berlín.
