Staff were helpful The location is in a very boring section of Berlin .The Hotel is " souless" and expensive .Bad value for money .Only recommended if one wants to be in the hotel of a conference |

I strongly recommend this hotel. It's close to the U-bahn (Sonenn Allée) and it has a gym and HUGE rooms! Expensive breakfast |

There were a lot of different places to eat in the hotel with good variety. S-bahn just 100m from hotel and 30 min trip to center of Berlin with one change. Trains every 10 mins or so. Taxi 20Euro from main train station. Good views of Berlin from one side of hotel. Very basic room. No kettle or iron in room - beds and pillows not very comfy. Only one chair although double room. Basic business type room. Clean though. Also breakfast not over exciting and lots of staff clearing things away as you eat. Made you feel very rushed. Not a quiet breakfast! Area around the hotel not very nice, long way to wake to anything iteresting. |

Handy for local transport services Rooms were of poor quality, no coffee/tea making facilities, no safe, no trouser press, poor quality beds, quilts and pillows. After staying in the Andles Hotel prior to the Estrel I was sorry I had booked to stay there. |

the amount of wine in the glasses. as mentioned above I did not like it at all. The location, the room, the bed, the shower were all very poor. |

The Hotel had every thing you could ever have wanted for a great stay in Berlin. The staff were all freindly and polite and couldn't do enough for you. The Restraunts and Bars in the hotel were second to none! and the health sweat was well equiped. I would definitely use the hotel again. |

convention facilities under the same roof as the hotel rooms for a business hotel, the wireless internet connection fee of 24 eur per day is too expensive. Also the hotel is relatively far away from Berlin downtown. |

convenient for the fair nice central lobby food goood although drinks and food were expensive helpful staff no tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms also sandwich choice was very very poor from the bar at lunch times not everybody like salami and turkey and the cheese is to much fat try looking at an englsih pub choice you would make a lot of money if you offered good snaks |

Good breakfast, nice eating place, nice ahitecture Hotel Estrel requests empty credit card slip in advance as a guarrantee for possible future costs even I have paid room in advance for the whole stay. |

reception staff informative efficient room smelled of cigarette smoke when occupant next door lit up. There was no tea/coffee making facility in the room, no shampoo, no safe. Not easy to get served at the bar |

Hormis les équipements en général et sa situation géographique idéale pour les affaires, rien d'autre. Le service est inexistant à la réception, le personnel désagréable et franchement détestable dès qu'une question lui est posée. Le prix est surfait pour cet hôtel; il ne mérite même pas une étoile... A ne pas recommander dans tous les cas, d'autant plus que l'offre d'hôtels sur Berlin est immense. La première fois dans celui-ci et la dernière quel que ce soit le prix proposé alors que nous sommes souvent à Berlin. |

Sehr praktisch eingerichtes Convention-Center. Veranstaltung, Verpflegung und Übernachtung alles sehr zentral vereint. Preis-Leistung der Zimmer stimmt nicht. Auch Essen ist sehr teuer, wenn auch schmackhaft. |
