The service here was superb. There were numerous examples of "little extras" which made it stand out. First, I requested a late checkout of 2pm and they rang me internationally to say that was ok and no extra charge. Check in was also earlier than standard in Gemany. Staff were very friendly, always polite and helpful (eg carrying luggage, set up extra bed for child) and spoke English. Complimentary juice, water and bathroom supplies in rooms; complimentary chocolates and lollies in waiting area. Maps and tourist info given upon arrival and a pile of traveller books available behind the desk. Gave my son a large chocolate Father Christmas as we were checking out. Our rooms were large, clean, quiet and comfortable and the hotel is in a convenient location. Highly recommended.

The hotel was 3 minutes away for leopoldz place and the main sites of the city. I reserved a single room, however i got a double and very big room. Breakfast was very good and the staff very helpfull. I liked the hotel very much.

Hotel Etol is a smal hotel, just the way we like it. The rooms are nice decorated, very comfortable beds, and for breakfast we had everything we wanted.

Excellent location in the centre of the town, the room was large and clean and the breakfast was excellent. However the best part was the friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to ensure a great stay. The narrow entrance to the hotel car park might be a problem to someone with a very large car / 4x4?

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in Baden-Baden, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war praktisch und sauber, ohne jeglichen Schnickschnack. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, wenn auch die Semmeln nicht unbedingt zu empfehlen sind. Sehr nett war, dass ich am Abreisetag meinen Koffer bis um 17 Uhr auf meinem Zimmer lassen konnte. Das Bettzeug war wohl schon sehr oft gewaschen worden und daher recht fuselig. Insgesamt stimmte das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht ganz.

небольшой отель, расположенный в старинном здании с небольшой собственной парковкой всего за 5 евро в сутки. за время прибывания присутствовало ощущение, что мы в нем были одни. отличные и разнообразные завтраки. любезный и отзывчивый персонал. хорошая шумоизоляция. удачное месторасположение, до центра города 2 минуты, до термальных комплексов 6-7 минут неспешным шагом. отсутствие лифта, запах сырости в корридорах.

chambre très spacieuse disposant d'un confort désuet mais suffisant. Situation idéale à deux pas du centre dans un endroit calme. Rapport qualité-prix correct. Charmante attention pour les clients en terme d'offre d'une consommation. parking limité et payant. Pas de climatisation.

Wir reisten zu dritt, drei Damen zw. 49 und 75 Jahren, 1 EZ + 1 DZ. Das geräumige (DZ) Zimmer mit seiner geschmackvollen Einrichtung und den ausgewählten Exponaten an den Wänden. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers, die gestärkte Bettwäsche. Und in unserem Falle die stets freundliche und rasche Hilfe der Rezeption. Beim Frühstück waren wir über den Kaffee aus dem Automaten angenehm überrascht. Sehr gut! Die liebevolle Aufmachung, vor allem das frische Obst und das Gemüse hat uns überzeugt. Der Frühstücksraum ist weniger geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Für unseren geheingeschränkte Gast war das EZ im 2. Stock belastend.
