Waiter at the restaurant new but very friendly and helpful. Food in restaurant was outstanding! Staff at the front desk were PHENOMENAL! Close to Neuschwanstein

The shower was way too small and the curtain clings to your body as you shower. Really not good.

The room we stayed in was enormous and had a lovely patio which was super. The check in staff were friendly and efficient and the underground parking is a big plus.

The bathroom is very small and the shower is tiny with a plastic curtain with no water pressure. For the size of the room the bathroom was a big disappointment. There is also only wi-fi in the lobby which has a very long log in code - I tried to log on twice and was not successful.

Worn out rom need upgrading. Internet connection dont works any place.

This hotel is clear and big. Very good!

Schone en ruime slaapkamers met prima uitzicht en balkon. Goede overnachtingsplek als tussenstop naar wintersport. Fussen als stad is ook de moeite waard.

Hotel richt zich op Japanse markt, waardoor typisch duitse ontbijt wat op de achtegrond raakt.

Очень вкусный и разнообразный завтрак. Вполне приличные номера. Удобное расположение отеля - недалеко от центра города. В целом на одну ночь - вполне нормально.

На мой взгляд немного дороговато. В отеле и номерах стоял не очень прятный несвежий запах. Wi-fi только платный. На подземном паркинге ограничение по высоте - 1,9м, на минивэне с боксом на крыше мы туда не пролезли, пришлось парковаться на уличной парковке, чуть выше отеля.

Il servizio internet soltanto nel lobby dove a tutte le ore c'era un'invasione di cinesi, garage 3 euro al giorno ma poteva entrare chiunque visto che nessuno controllava,colazione a buffet molto scarso,stanze piccole e il mio bagno sembrava uno sgabuzzino emanava un cattivissimo odore ed era sprovvisto sia di finestra che di un'aspiratore.. Sinceramente un hotel che non consiglierei a nessuno. Struttura molto vecchia dovrebbero fare un bel po di restauro e togliere tutta quella moquette..che non è per niente igienica visto che in 4 giorni è stata aspirata una sola volta!

Ho dormito malissimo. Troppo morbido il letto. Non riuscivo neanche a stare steso sul fianco da quanto mi inarcavo. Se tutti i letti sono cosí non lo consiglio a nessuno.

Struttura datata e abbastanza squallida, bagno vecchio e molto brutto con maioliche rotte, prezzo basso ma frequentato da centinaia di asiatici. Internet per me fondamentale solo nelle parti comuni come hall e reception, ma inutilizzabile per la moltitudine di persone presenti e gia sedute, non si puo lavorare in piedi. Mai piu

Chambre très spacieuse et très bien équipée. Petit déjeuner copieux et choix variés. Situé dans le centre ville de Fussen, il donne accès aux châteaux du Roi Louis II de Bavière en quelques minutes de voiture.

Vriendelijk personeel. Garage beschikbaar mits kleine bijdrage per nacht. Goede ligging. Verhouding prijs/kamer was OK. Je kan dan ook geen luxe verwachten. Kamers waren proper.

Geen kabel TV. Enkel Duitse kanalen, CNN en 2Japanse kanalen. Geen koelkast in de kamer. Kleine menukaart. Wij opteerden dan ook om buitenshuis te gaan eten. Elke dag kwamer er verschillende bussen met Japanners. Zij kregen de volledige aandacht. Zij verbleven telkens maar één nacht. Er waren maar enkele kamers met Europeanen. Ik had het gevoel dat wij zelf onze plan maar moesten trekken. Het ontbijt en diner tussen deze massa en luidruchtige groepen was niet aangenaam. Buiten een Tirolerbar met een enkele bezoeker was er niets te beleven in het hotel. Enkel goed voor een paar overnachtingen, geen lang verblijf. Voor grote groepen, scholen, e.d. is het ideaal. Als gewone vakantieganger wordt je niet verwend.

The cleanness of the restaurant was not so good and neither the personal. The beda war not much comfortable.

Nous avons séjourné ds cet hôtel pour aller visiter les châteaux du Hohenschwangau et du Neuschwanstein. Il était simple, mais propre, par contre éloigné de la ville de Füssen. Il fallait tjrs prendre la voiture pour se rendre en ville. Il y a un garage souterrain, point positif.

Il faudrait quand même préciser ds la présentation de l'hôtel, qu'il est bien en dehors de la ville et de ce fait j'ai trouvé qu'il était un peu cher, par rapport à d'autres que j'ai vu sur place.

Staff at desk super nice! Restaurant very nice, and wait staff acceptional! Food was very good! Restaurant best part of hotel!

Paid $5/night for wifi that was suppose to work in the room but didn'T. Had to go to lobby. Shower head would not stay up, kept sliding down to waist height. Towels were very worn and thin. Bathrooms could use some major remodeling. We are young enough to make the hills walking to town, but a frequent shuttle would be nice for older people. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone 60+ or not fit.
