チェックイン時に部屋が用意できていないなどの問題がありましたが、そのお詫びとしてシングルルームをダブ- ルベッドルーム＋バスタブ付きの部屋にアップグレードしてくれました。ケルン大聖堂から徒歩圏内でロケーシ- ョンも良かったです。 チェックイン時に部屋が用意できていないなどの問題がありましたが、その後のケアも十分してくれたので、と- くに悪いところはなかったです。 |

駅至近だが、裏手なので、夜間は通行人があまりいない。スタッフの感じは良い。コンフォートシングルの室内- は、豪華ではないが、ベッドはツイン、閉塞感はない。冷房は完備していないが、扇風機が設置されている。朝- 食はホットミール付き。 |

Clean room close to town centre. Friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast and onsite underground parking (although car park is quite cramped) No air conditioning in room, which was quite small and pricy for quality provided. Quite a lot of noise from automatic front doors transmitted to room. Compared to other hotels in town this is more 3.5 star than 4. But for one night it was OK. |

Great location and good breakfast! Also free internet and printing facilities in the lobby were a good additon to the service. The room was very small! Way too small for two people. There are also no rooms available without carpet so for people, suffering from allergies this is defenitely not a good option. |

the hotel was in a stratigic location in the city center, very close the train station but in a quite area, there was a rich breakfast buffet with varity of items, the room was clean with nice and new decoration. |

The breakfirst was very good and with many healthy options. The heating system was not working properly. I did not like also the pay TV with only four channels without video on demand or play/pause capability. Expensive (13,50 EUR) and not functional. |

The staff was very kind and even helped me select a typical German restaurant to visit for dinner. I requested a quiet room and indeed my room was at the back of the hotel with no street or train station noise. I didn't have time to enjoy more than a quick croissant at breakfast, but, the selection looked very nice. My experience was quite positive and I would highly recommend the Euro Garden Mark Hotel. |

Everything is available at the nearby station including excellent restaurants and the Cathedral Outlook and juxtaposition of roarworks could be offputting but room was amazingly quiet |

Location and proximity to the central train station. Hotel is modern, clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again. No air conditioning in the room. There is a charge for Internet access. |

It was centrall and close to station The underground parking was very restrictive for a 4 x 4 vehicle .I was only just able to get in the garage with very little clearance to my vehicle sides and had to manouver to park and get out .Was woken very early by Machines doing work outside the hotel and making loud noise all day . |
