Stuttgart Airport is approximately 15 kilometres away from the hotel.

Staff friendly and helpful. Problem with credit card machine, there seemed to be no 'Plan B' when credit cards could not be processed other than taking a copy ans sending receipt by post. Not very secure and anywhere but Germany I would have been concerned. |

Sehr, sehr günstige Verkehrsanbindung, gutes Frühstück zu € 9,00 wird extra berechnet, Die eine Seite des Hotels liegt 30 m von der Autobahn entfernt. Die Mitarbeiter fragen beim Frühstück nach der Nummer- ohne ein freundliches Wort dazu zu sagen. Kontrolle wie bei der Polizei!! |

Limpeza, Conforto, dos Normais Bons Pequenos Almoços á Alemã. Houve falta de água quente pelo menos, entre as 19h. de Sexta-Feira e as 11h. da manhã de Sábado 24/x/2009, levando os hóspedes a recorrerem a lavagem em àgua fria, se acaso tinham como nós compromissos presenciais numa feira de negócios de 3 dias. Nessa noite também não se permitiu "chaufage" ligada, o que presumimos se deva ao mesmo motivo da falta de àgua quente.------------------------------Com a passagem da hora de Verão para a de Inverno não houve o cuidado de alertar a clientela nem tão pouco a falta de um relógio (certo) no hall indicaria toda esta mudança, de para menos uma hora. Se fosse ao contrário muita gente teria perdido voos. Para mim que conheço os Alemães é imperdoável a falta de atenção ao cliente. Faz-lhes falta a asae |

freundlicher Tag und Nacht Service die zur Autobahnseite liegenden Zimmer haben auch durch das geschlossene Fenster Autobahngeräusche; man kann das Fenster also nicht auflassen, da der Lärm sonst ziemlich lästig ist |

Ligging hotel prima, verblijf was te kort/één nacht voor verdere beoordeling. Verkeerde informatie betr. restaurant, welke werd aanbevolen.Betr. restaurant(italiaans) was gesloten i.v.m. "Ruhetag", hetgeen bij receptie bekend had moeten zijn.Het ontbijt overigens was ons inziens niet geheel kompleet. |

Sehr freundlichen Empfang. Habe eine sehr gute Empfehlung für ein Restaurant bekommen, was zu Fuss zu erreichen ist, da das Hotel etwas abseits liegt. |

Het vriendelijke en behulpzame personeel. Hebben een prima ontbijt genoten. Waren blij met de goed afgesloten parkeergarage zodat we ons geen zorgen hoefden te maken over de fietsen die achterop de auto stonden. |

Vriendelijkheid van het personeel. Schone kamers. Goede bereikbaarheid vanaf snelweg. Geen winkels of restaurants op loopafstand in de buurt. Wel leuke terrassen in het centrum van Sindelfingen, op ong 1 km. |
