Good location (in the city center), close to all facilities and to the main station. Clean room, good breakfast with a large choice. Rooms on the side of the street are quite noisy (tramway, cars). Some people came back to the hotel really late at night and make a lot of noise, which we did not like. |

I have stayed there on several occasions, it's ideal for taking my elderly mother in law to the Christmas market and we always feel welcome there. They do a very good breakfast buffet which sets us all up for the day! |

The staff were most helpful in the parking of our car and spoke excellent english. We were also directed to a very nice restaurant by the receptionist where we had a wonderful meal and 10% off courtesy of this Hotel. The fact that there was no bath but for a city centre hotel, I suppose that is to be expected. |

The hotel was close to the walk street and the old part of the city. The hotel only had 4 or 5 guest parking slots around back under the hotel. |

The staff are very friendly, the hotel is clean and for breakfast you can choose from a large variety of foods. The hotel is very close to the city center and around 5 minutes walk to the train station. |

Very friendly staff; good breakfast. Great location: very near to transit stations and cover many-sight seeing points in walking distance.Good wireless internet with very low charges. Streetcar Noise!! The streetcar is running immediately outside the window of our room. In the hot days of summer, closing the window is too hot to sleep in the night. If you are are sensitive to noise, select a room not facing the street particularly in summer. |

The staff at the hotel are fantastic. As a non-german speaking customer they were very friendly and strived to make sure we could communicate. The hotel was clean and breakfast (buffet style as expected in Germany) was excellent! The mini bar prices were also very good!!! As an Englishman I would have maybe liked to have kettle, tea bags, coffee and sugar in the room but otherwise no. |

Convenient location, professional staff and well kept room. High charge for the internet service. In some other hotels in Bonn I found internet is free of charge for guests. Need more variety in breakfast. Bonn being city visited by international travellers, more international preparations are needed. |

Location - tram stop in front of the hotel's door and a nice bakery just across the street; bathroom clean and with a nice design. We stayed in a triple room and it had lots of space! The room was too hot! |

Staff straightforward, room resembled the description, location ideal for my purpose; I was treated professionally and felt secure. The hotel was as described in the publicity: no complaints. If anything it was a little better than i expected. Writing desk too small (mostly occupied by a television.) |

Está muy bien situado en el centro pero al mismo tiempo es tranquilo, apenas hay ruido por la noche. El trato es familiar y de ambiente acogedor. Además la relación calidad-precio es muy buena. El bufet del desayuno es bastante limitado, podrían ampliarlo un poco más. Y si los zumos fueran naturales sería de agradecer. |

Die kurze Anbindung an die City und das Frühstück. Der angemietete Einstellplatz in der "Hotelgarage". Ankommende Gäste, die mit dem Pkw anreisen, können nicht vor dem Hotel als "Kurzparker" halten um sich einzuchecken. |
