Did not like anything about the hotel !!! Only the internet was fair ! Rooms are VERY small, very expensive, no good breakfast , far from the city of Dusseldorf.

Ik kwam om 19.45 aan en het hele hotel was donker. Ik belde aan, geen reactie. Toen zag ik een briefje dat ik een telefoonnummer moest draaien. De meneer aan de telefoon liet me mijn hand in een brievenbus steken om mijn sleutel te pakken, met een chip eraan om de deur te kunnen openen. Het hotel wordt geadverteerd met een 24-uurs receptie. Zo kan elk hotel wel beweren dat er een 24h receptie is. Ik had dit hotel hierop uitgezocht, dus ik baalde flink, ik wil iemand kunnen aanspreken als er iets is. De meneer wilde meteen van mij weten of ik wilde ontbijten, dit wilde ik niet op straat in de regen aan de telefoon staan te bespreken. Ik heb het ontbijt dus maar geweigerd. De meneer zou mij een uur later terugbellen. Gelukkig maar, want toen kon ik hem vragen hoe ik van de wifi gebruik kon maken. Toen ik binnenliep stonk het in de gang en het hele hotel naar putjeslucht. Bij binnenkomst in de kamer stonden de ramen open. Logisch, met die lucht. Het bed moest ik zelf verder opmaken. Smakeloze kamer, ik ben gelijk maar weer weggegaan, maar in de omgeving is eigenlijk ook niets te doen. Slechte ontvangst. Slechte communicatie. Stinkhotel. Ik zal hier nooit meer terugkeren.

- Zimmer war sauber - Bad war scheinbar renoviert -sehr hellhörig -schönes Zimmer an der Rezeption bei Check Inn gesagt bekommen(sollte man sich bei Blick auf Lüftungsanlage und wenig einladende Hinterhöfe verkneifen) - Frühstück für den Preis zu einfach - öffentliche Parkplätze kostenfrei heißt: mit viel Glück in umliegenden kleinen Seitenstraßen lange suchen müssen

Wir waren allein im Hotel. Keine weitere Gaeste Man hat vergessen die Batterie vom chip fuer den Hotel Eingang zu wechsel. Ich musste eine Weile draussen bleiben, bis meine Frau von innen die Tuer aufmacht. Gut dass sie nicht mit mir raus kam.

Il personale poco disponibile, no parking, rimbombo in camera dovuto ad una ristrutturazione molto speculativa. Mi hanno fatto pagare la colazione che non ho fatto (10€), me la sono trovata addabetita!!!!. Esigo esigo il rimborso!!!!!. Attedo vs. Commento. Grazie MAI + IN HOTEL EUROPA

Kurze Wege zur Innenstadt Der Frühstückservice ist sehr schlecht. Zu wenig Tische für die Frühstücksgäste. Gäste müssen warten bis ein Tisch frei wird. ( unmöglich ) Der Preis für das Frühstück ist viel zu teuer. ( 10,00 € pro Person ) Ich kann nur jedem Gast empfehlen, ein Frühstück in der nahe gelegenen Innenstadt in Anspruch zu nehmen. Ist weitaus besser und günstiger !

Zentrale Lage, Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof sehr kleines Zimmer, improvisierter eher ungemütlicher Frühstücks- und Rezeptionsraum, spärliches Frühstück - nur Weizenbrötchen. Toilette roch stark nach altem Rauch trotz "Nichtraucherzimmer"

Ainuke asi, mis meeldis, oli asukoht. Oli tehtud küll euroremont, kuid põrandad nagisesid nii jubedalt, et kuulsid mis naabrid tegid jne. Toad hästi väikesed. Nii kui keegi naabritest dušši all käis ennast pesemas, siis see duššikabiini plekk kolises nii jubedalt. Hommikusöök oli täiesti olematu.
