La grandezza della stanza, il doppio lavabo, il terrazzino, il prezzo d'occasione veramente unico. Le tende ai due finestroni non oscurano per niente e quindi ci si sveglia alle prime luci del giorno ed I vetri non insonorizzano I rumori della strada.

In the very centre of Cologne, yet in a pleasant quiet leafy district with no noise at all at night, walking distance to the main railway station and all parts of the city, but also having an underground station just outside the hotel. Friendly helpful staff, quick check-in and the whole place is spotless. Rooms have proper opening windows. This was my second visit. Here is the best bit: Europäischer Hof am Dom has probably the most comfortable beds, bedsheets and bedding in Germany. Excellent nights sleep.

Their staff are ok, helpful and nice. Location is superb. Am sure this hotel has was once at its peak and now its time to refurbish. Its not dirty, its just worn out.

Location - due to a conference in the city it was the only hotel available near to where my colleagues were staying. Bathroom was clean, bed sheets were clean. Bed was soft and fine to sleep on (better than rock hard) but quilts were thin. I used both quilts on my bed at night (solo traveller in double room). Noisy rooms - road noise + elevator noise (is a tiny elevator for 1 or 2 people that was right next to my room. When ever anybody used it what a racket it made! I was in room 3.50 so right next to it. Is rather old and floors are worn and stained. Bit dirty in the corners. Worst hotel I have stayed in in 10 years. But then again what do you expect for a 2 start hotel. No breakfast facitities available, no tea coffee facilities in room either. Is purely a place to sleep and that is all. No hairdryer. This is just a bed and a bathroom, nothing more.

Good location, easy to find and close to the train station (10 mins walk) Hotel hasn't been updated for about 50 years, very old style and the beds could do with replacing - don't expect luxury. It's functional and cheap.

Location is great. 5 mins to Dom and central station. Next door is city museum. Room is small. No breakfast. Heater is right behind pillow, I don't think it will be comfortable with the heating right next to your head at night even though i didn't try it myself.

The best choice for 1 or 2 days if you need to be close to the city center and not to pay too much. It is clean, quiet and has all the basics. No luxuries, no breakfast, no staff after 11.00 but who cares? Dimitris from Greece

The hotel is in a quiet street within a few yards of an underground station giving access to all parts of the city. Staff were always pleasant. If I go back to Cologne I will have no hesitation in going back to this hotel.

Excellent location from Cologne Central Station,Cathedral, museums and souvenir shops The female blond staff was not helpful enough. Since the hotel dont provide kettle in each bedroom I was desperate for a hot water , I asked the BLond female staff If I can have a cup of hot water and she said..NO ! They dont serve Breakfast. You can find hotel nearby with almost the same price that serve breakfast.

I had asked for a quiet room and that is exactly what I got. I had everything I needed and everything was clean. The staff was friendly. The hotel needs a cosmetic update/renovation.
