The room and bathroom were large. The courtyard room was quiet. The location close to the bahnhof. Front desk staff was efficient. The breakfast was good and the hours of service were good. It was a non-smoking room but I could smell smoke in the hallway coming into my room. There weren't many other rooms close to mine so I assume it was staff smoking outside in the hallway. A non-smoking hallway would have been nice. |

Very accessible to main train station. Should check hotels web site for discounts readily available!! Noisy. Small rooms. No A/C. Better value for the money out there. |

My husband and I enjoyed the breakfast and the location of our hotel. Our bed was comfortable and clean. I felt that the room size and ammenities were very poor considering the price. I have enjoyed much finer accommodations at other hotels in europe for much less. The price, extremely small shower, and the stain on the carpet in our room. |

This hotel was very good,I lked the fact that instead of a key which you have to hand in to reception every time you leave the hotel you get a swipe card and if there are two of you then you get two swipe cards,it makes things easier.I presume most good hotels have this method now.Receptionists were friendly and helpful and stored luggage for us after we checked out which we were grateful for. |

It was so convenient to the train station. The rooms were clean and good quality for the money. It would be nice to have a fan in the room as it does not have air conditioning and it is stuffy in the summer. |

The rooms are always bright, light and comfortable. The staff are pleasant. Breakfast room and choice of breakfast is superb. Handy location for arrival and departures at Munich Central Station. Good location for ease of access. |

It is very central, near the main train station, yet very quiet (you get the opportunity to book streetside or courtyard side room when you book on the site, so pay attention!) |

Nothing i liked hoetl Europäischer Hof.. because first of all hotel staff are extremly unkind and they are not at all helpful..Moreover room facilities are awfully poor and surround of hotel is too noisy to be honest. i will never ever stay that hotel. It was horrible experience to stay there... Everything unfortunatelly.. |
