The location of the hotel was excellent and close to all facilities. The breakasts were excellent. I had a court facing room, therefore it was rather quiet. Moreover the room was clean and comfortable. Staff member at the reception was very short and rather unfriendly. Only 1 public internet station and no internet in rooms. No facilities for tea in room. |

Location directly across from the Main Train Station was good. I found this hotel dirty, especially for Germany. The carpets seemed old and worn out; the furniture was really, really old. |

The staff were pleasant and helpful. The location of the hotel was excellent and close to all facilities. The breakasts were excellent and the rooms were large and quiet (we had a court facing room). No - excellent value for money with a great location. |

the room was spacious and well equipped, more like an apartment. the bedroom was separate from the lounge room. the breakfast buffet was excellent. plenty of variety of freshly prepared food. the location is very central and many attractions are within walking distance staff member at check-in was very short and unfriendly. i observed her to be very rude to another guest |

A great breakfast buffet catering to Europian and North American tastes. The location was perfect for train travellers and for those attending Oktoberfest. We arrived by car and although parking was limited there was room and it was easy to find by car. Staff was very courteous, but also very helpful with providing 'tourist' information. Only 1 internet station meant long waits, but good free hispeed if you have your own computer. |

The location was good in terms of centrality - right next to the main train station so access to alot of cheap places to eat. The best thing about this hotel was the breakfast - excellent selection of everything. We booked a room next to the side road, it was very noisy. But if you closed the windows it was ok, but then there was no air con, so if it was hot it wouldnt have been comfortable. |

Staff great, breakfast the best out of 3 of my hotels in Munich & Vienna. A bit loud @ night but already knew so bring earplugs. You should expext some noise when in the middle of a city right? Overall great stay. So central to everything which made it easy. |
