Πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση, οι υπάλληλοι του ξενοδοχείου πολύ ευγενικοί! πάρα πολύ κοντά στο σιδηροδρομικό σταθμό και γενικά είχε πολύ καλή θέση το ξενοδοχείο. Ήταν ακριβώς αυτό που ζητάγαμε, βολική θέση δηλαδή μέσα στο κέντρο και πολύ καλή τιμή! Επίσης, το πρωινό πολύ καλό. Τα δωμάτια ήταν μικρά αλλά πολύ καθαρά και περιποιημένα, και το μπάνιο επίσης ήταν πολύ καθαρό. Δεν νομίζω ότι υπάρχει κάτι αρνητικό, απλά να προτείνω κάτι πως καλό θα ήταν οι τηλεοράσεις που έχει στα δωμάτια να πιάνουν κάποια κανάλια και στα αγγλικά και να μην είναι μόνο στα γερμανικά. |

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Free internet access. Good breakfast. Convenient to trains and city. Rooms are small European size, don't expect large America size rooms. |

Wifi Internet is just ok, location is acceptable, breakfast is good. That's all! Nothing else. Stuff's attitude is flippant. The wall and door of the room are too thin. You can hear every little voice outside your door. Wifi Internet is not fast and stable enough. They really should change the door, at least the lock. |

The location is good and the breakfast is very generous according to the price. The staff were warm-hearted The room I staied was too small around 6-7 sq.M. And the facilities were need to be updated. |

All the staff were excellent - both general and at breakfast. Very accomodating and concerned for individual needs/requests - I saw this shown to customers several times during my stay. Internet + fax - very handy. Breakfast and location also excellent. Would definitely stay again. Rooms are quite basic, but nothing we didn't expect. Quite clean. |

Location was ideal for me to visit Motor Show only 4 stops on tram which was just across the road from hotel. Breakfrast was good for choice also. Bedroom and shower was quite small for a twin room. |

I liked the friendly hotel staff, the breakfast and the cleanliness of the room. The room was small. There was a smell of cigarette smoke. There was a lot of noise from the streets. |

Friendly and helpful personnel. Close to main station and 2 minutes from old city centre by subway, 8 minutes by foot. Very close to Main river (1 minute). Small room but excellent bed and shower. Reasonable mini bar prices. Maybe the elevator was rather slow. (Take stairs ;-)) Rooms not very noise isolated. Street noise at night and if you have rumourous neighbours, I think it can also be sleep disturbing. If you are a good sleeper though, you sleep through. |
