Hotel Europa Life  

The location was very convenient for both my business meetings and the main train station (Hauptbahnhof) in Frankfurt, and also the shuttlebus service to Frankfurt-Hahn airport. While I did not take advantage of it during my stay, wi-fi is available in the hotel, and is included free in the price of the room (making it cheaper by comparison to other local hotels who often charge upwards of ten Euros per day for wi-fi).

The room was perhaps not as clean as it might have been; there was noticable dust in places. The windows open very wide, and I would suggest that that could be dangerous if you were travelling with small children.

Really nice hotel and great location, very confortable and very clean room, very friendly and helpful staff, delicious german breakfast buffet with a large choice. Highly recommended!

Friendly hotel staff

We needed only a place to sleep one night at when we were in Frankfurt to see a football game at Commerzebank Arena. So this was a perfect located hotel by the railwaystation and tram to the arean just outside the door. Wonderful serviceminded staff.

Small rooms and beds and a very old bathroom that were tried to keep clean. But also a resonable price. You get what you pay for.

Iam booking this hotel 3 days throw booking .com but when iam pay to hotel 1 days charge diffrent also 4 th day how possible this 4 days I willpay ther 312 euro

The friendly atmosphere and the kindness of the staff were remarkable. They were ready to provide me with any kind of help. I remember coming back from city tour in -0 degree weather, the staff welcomed me back with a warm cup of tea. That was soo nice!

An excellent breakfast. Staff always very courteous and have an excellent working knowledge of the English language. A very good price for the room with breakfast included.

Other guests could be easily heard in the next room and in the hall.

Good location, just 300m from the Frankfurt Main Central train station and there a tram station directly outside the hotel. The a mini-mart just 100m away from the hotel and alots of restaurants near the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The door knob - require to use the room key to lock from inside. There no hot/ warm water from the basin tap. Room heater cannot be adjust.

Kind receptionist.

The room was dirty, smelly and noisy, I found a beetle coming from a hole in the floor of the bathroom, no italian channels in the tv. The staff of the breakfast was very rude.
