The staff we're very friendly most of the trip and it was pretty good value for money most of them spoke really good english and communication wasnt a problem. The hotel is just around the corner from Frankfurt Main Train Station and close to the town centre so that was a very big plus. Overall you get what you pay for On the downside one staff member lost my key for the room and I didn't get an apology. The rooms are very small and you are woken up most mornings around 7am with the maids shouting to each other. Also the buffet breakfast had nothing hot apart from toast and was very limited in variety. |

Close to Hauptbahnhof and City Centre. Easy access by rail and easy access to Airport via s Bahn. Cheap eateries close by . Good breakfast but eggs should be hot not stone motherless cold. Very small bathroom, hardly room to swing a cat. Students hogging the Internet PC's playing computer games, when the PC's should be only for Internet and e-mail use. |

I have NO complaints about this hotel at all!! The staff was so friendly and helpful and the rooms were small but very comfortable and very clean. The sheets and towels were changed every day which also was a big plus! The breakfast was also great and the most amazing thing of all, we lived walking distance from pretty much everything you could possibly want on a shopping/sightseeing/city-weekend and yet the price at this fab hotel was only one third of what you'd have to pay for ONE night back home in Sweden!! I have nothing bad to say about this hotel!! We're going back next year hopefully!!! Or maybe even to go Chirstmas shopping later this year. |

For a tiny room it was surprisingly comfortable. Just loved having our own air-conditioner. The kindliness of the staff in making us a cup of tea each evening willl never be forgotten. It was great that we could open our window widely, whenever we felt like it. The bar fridge prices were great (no rip-off). The thinness of the walls and the noise of people trying to open their doors. Those locks and keys really need changing. |

All Hotel staff friendly, polite and extremely helpfull. They all spoke English fluently, which helped make our stay more enjoyable, by booking sightseeing tours on the Rhine, and guiding us to places of interest. Very central location with station close by, although it could be a little noisy. A no smoking policy would make a huge difference,as we has to buy air fresheners to get rid of the smokey smell before we could sleep in the room, despite requesting a non smoking room. For some obscure reason guests also chose to smoke on the stairs and hall ways! Other guests making noise late at night, banging doors and having no regard for the lateness of the hour. |
