All of the staff made an effort to make guests feel welcome. The room was very comfortable. The free wifi connection was much appreciated. |

This hotel is worth the price. 56 euros with good location(near to the Frankfurt main Station,3-5mins walk), air-conditioning, free wifi at room, breakfast buffet and helpful staff. Not advertising, but really surprised me with this price. The bathroom is a bit small but is clean. |

The staff was extremely friendly, even taking the time to offer us a complimentary coffee and water upon our arrival. The room was clean and comfortable; small, but that's to be expected at a hotel of this class. There was free wifi, which I hadn't expected based on the prior reviews. The only drawback is that the doors are hollow wood, and the locks are the old-fashioned turn-the-key-several-times kind. That means that when someone come in late, pretty much the whole floor is disturbed. |

Great staff. They were very helpful, friendly, and even funny! If you can believe, minibar items are one euro each (yes... beer, soda, candy, whatever .. they are all one euro each!) Great location - two minute walk from the Frankfurt main station and the shopping strip. Two computers for free internet use. The blasting AC really helps for the hot and humid Frankfurt nights. Great breakfast which was included in the hotel price. We spent two lovely nights at this hotel to end our long Europe trip. |

The hotel is within walking distance from Main train station, just a few minutes walk to the left of the entrance. The room is pretty small but clean. The shower room could be bigger, I'm 5ft 1 inch and I had difficulty getting in and out of the shower. The male receptionist was very helpful. |

This is my second stay at Europa. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast is excellent with plenty to eat. It is close to the main train station and there is a tram stop across the street. I would stay here again. It is very noisy with thin walls and people tend to slam doors. The hallways and rooms smell like smoke. I never received my wake-up call |

I stayed at the hotel for one night only...It is only 2 mint walk from train station, which is very convenient..The staff were nice & very helpful, it was raining when we checked out and one of them walked with us to the train station with 2 umbrella on hand. that was very kind. Breakfast was good, they offered many things, which i like. The room was very clean but very small, i had to squeeze myself to have enough space for prayer! There was door noises from neighbors, the doors were noisy when closed or opened. |

Everything worked well and was as represented. The staff went an extra mile and were always helpful and cheerful. The neighbourhood is a little rough but we expected that near a train station and the immediate street was good. |

It's very near the main train station. The air-conditioned room, in-room internet service, friendly staff and wonderful breakfast made the stay very comfortable and value for money. Better sound-proof room door will reduce the much noise heard from the corridor including the noise of opening door knob. |
