Very old hotel, bathroom and bed is very old and uncomfortable. Room is very small.

Quiet room at back of hotel. Decent continental breakfast. Close to rail, underground and tram stations

1- Location is so near from Central train station as well as near from Airlines offices & you can find near from the hotel many oriental restaurants which serve halal food.. 2- The staff was so friendly , nice & kind..

Very close to Frankfurt Main central station, many restaurants and shops in the surrounding area, good WiFi, friendly staff in the reception.

Ordinary breakfast, one of the rooms was smelling tea and had a leaking toilet !

The double room is old and very small (no chair, no desk, barely enough space for hand luggages). We stayed one night and changed to another hotel for another two nights for same price and almost twice as much space and modern.

We like the hotel because it's pet friendly, people was nice and it's very close to the train station. The room had minibar with very convenient prices.

The bathroom was not clean enough.

Staff there are very nice. And the price is also fair enough. It's very close to the Frankfurt main train station, just 5 mins by foot. And room is quite clean.

Wall is a little bit thin.

The staff were really helpful and nice. Everyone greets you when they see you. They even helped us find cheapest flight to our next destination. The breakfast was good and they serve very tasty hams. The reception was 24 hours and let us check in an hour before. The location by taxi from fra is about 22 euro but its very accessible by train. The main metro hbf is walking distance and the tram is right in front of the hotel. Over all our stay was very comfortable.

The blanket was small for two peole in a double room/double bed

Everything, you don't need to search anywhere, this is the hotel you are looking for! very good breakfast with fresh fruit, nice and helpful staff, bright and clean room with big windows, more importantly, only 3mins walk from the main station. They even let me store my luggage for 2 weeks without any charge! I'll definitely come again and I recommend everyone who will stay in Frankfurt.

The Breakfast was super!

Hotel is very close to the main train station, and actually close to everything, skyscrapers, old town, Main river. Perfect location. Breakfast included, also free wi-fi, which was pretty faster than I expected. Nice, kind personal. Rooms simple and clean. Nice view from 6th floor to street. Good place for young couple like us.

Room was very small, almost like a closet, there was bed, and a table with tv on it, that's all- there was no normal place to put and open our baggage. Window was really sound-permeable, all traffic noise came right in. Was hard to sleep. Also early in the morning, room cleaners was cleaning other rooms really loud! Walls like a paper. We heard everything around. And on the double bed was only one small-size blanket, was hard to share that one. On booking.com description was said that there is hair-dryer in every room, but there wasn't.

Needs some renovation

The staff were extremely friendly and couldn't do enough to help! Last minute changes, within reason, are not a problem. The hotel is so close to the station it's unbelievable - very good for an early morning trip!

The walls are very thin, for a period of about an hour during the night, around 2am there were other guests who came in drunk and were slamming doors and you could hear everything they said. Once people complained though this was sorted.
