Room was good, decent size, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Great pool facility Location is great, right in the centre of things and over the road from the main railway station, perfect if arriving by train. They also have a car park and park the car for you. The food was good, we had dinner in the Paulaner restaurant and it was a really good meal. Breakfast was also very good with a lot of choice There is no aircon and the room was a bit warm, although not too bad. You could open the windows.

Location of tis hotel is just ideal, as it is just in front of he main station (Hbf). Some staff were ffriendly and some were not. The staff at concierge dedsk was very helppful, allthough those at the reception desk seemed to be very tired. Although it would be unavoidable because of the location, the hotel is being exposed to noise. We were given a room inside of the building, we were still exposed to large ventilation noise.

hotel excellent, staff very friendly, location superb, breakfast fantastic & you could eat early or late! the beds could be improved, the pillows were terrible & only 1 supplied. Found rooms very hot but with windows open very noisy!

The internet is now wi-fi in rooms, and the reception in my room would not work. They did try to help by giving me another note to connect to, but the reception on this was intermittent

We stayed at this hotel in 2007 and were greeted with the same friendly, excellent service. Such a convenient position oppisite the railway station with the underground and close to the shops. The breakfast supplied was excellent. It is sad there is not the opportunity to have an evening meal in the hotel. Considering the selection, quality and standard of food provided at breakfast this would be a superb asset and allow guests to enjoy an evening in the hotel.

The price for the standard is very good. Breakfast is fantastic. The swimming pool (small), but nice and sauna included in the price. Free ticket for the bus and underground, even longer than for 3 days. Business station with computer and printer for free. Very clean in the room. No tea coffee facilities in the room I had to wait for my room longer that 15:00 and the staff did not help anything regardless the fact that I came at 11:00 to the hotel. I asked to have my room ready before 15:00 and it was fully booked, but I waited even longer. The WiFi was not working all the time

Great staff and facilities, excellent room, for breakfast there was a great choice - served until late in the morning. Nice swimming pool. no air conditioning in the room and it was extremely hot inside !!

The room was comfort and large. I was upraded to the buisness suite for no charge. Free and fast Wi-Fi plus internet cable was in place All the channels in the TV were in german... (except CNN)

Perfect location, perfect swimmingpool etc., breakfast very good, taking care for glutenfree breakfast, professional staff. This hotel is missing a good restaurant, the belonging "Speisecafé" is very moderate and not in line with the reasonable good level of qualitiy of the hotel itself.
