Great position opposite railway station

Staff excellent. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection. Very clean hotel and rooms. Location near train station would not noraml attract me, however the station is not that bad at all. Easy access to hotel on arrival from airport train. Free local travel vouchure from hotel was brilliant idea and saves u loads of money and hassle trying to get correct tickets etc. Located near to major attractions and shopping and walking distance city centre. Overall eccellent 8.5/10.

Should have free wi fi in all areas. Us tablet users and smart phones cant access the free internet in rooms. The use of codes every day is hassle. The idea that internet access is special in old hat. The reading laps in our room got extremely evem dangerously hot so be careful. Our room was in the 320s and to get there we had to lug our bags up a small number of steps, ramps for the bags please.

Location, spa and breakfast were all excellent. Ability to use hotel pass on public transportation was a plus.

The mattresses could have been better.

Breakfast was excellent, the room was clean and comfortable, the swimmingpool was as shown in the picture, the sauna unfoirtunately did not open until 3pm...

Excellent Bar staff in both main bars but especially lobby lounge.Good Piano player too! Excellent location.

The facility was very nice. The staff was very good and helpful. The hotel location could not have been better. There was incredible access to the trains and the subway. As a new traveler to Germany a way to get around in the city was very important.

The "single comfort" room was no better than the "non-comfort" room. I switch from the " comfort" to the regular room and did not see any difference in the room. I would have been disappointed if I would have paid extra for the comfort room. But since I didn't pay extra, I was very satisfied with the room that I had.

The hotel is perfectly located for a Hamburg City Break or for business as it is accross the road from the Main Station. The staff throughout the hotel were extremely professional and anticipated our needs, We cannot speak highly enough of them. The room was as requested with a view of the city and the station. The spa and sports complex is superb. Rarely does one find a hotel that leaves one saying " I wish I had stayed longer". We intend to make it our base in Hamburg from now on.

We had no complaints at all if really pushed we could comment that as usual in Europe there was no real air-conditioning in the room.

A short overnight stay, comfortable room, excellent breakfast, within easy reach of the Messe, being the purpose of my visit, and good value.

Reasonable food and bar prices, plus a great spa complex.

What I liked most about the Europaischer was the freindliness of the staff, the way we could use our hotel tickets as travel tickets around Hamburg and the Leisure facilities, which for a city centre hotel were perfect! We would come back again!

Staff very lovely. Located close to the Central Railway Station. Taxi rank in front of de hotel.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Waterside and pool fabulous for our 6 year old A civilised breakfast timing, very useful to have a travel ticket which even got Us back to the airport. Very central, but surprisingly quiet.

Maybe the room was a little tired, but renovations looked on the way.
