I liked the location, the cleanliness and facilities. The staff were polite and helpful. No complimentary hot drinks in the rooms, Although I would have preferred to have tea and cooffee in the room this would not stop me from staying here again in the future. I have already recommended the hotel to others. |

Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, gourmet breakfast buffet, well-equipped room. We will defenitely choose this hotel again next time we go to Hamburg! All rooms ought to be non-smoking. Our room unfortunately smelled of smoke. |

The central location, close to transport, business & shopping. The sauna & spa facilities were also very good. The inability of the PC in the lobby to print PDF files. |

An excellent hotel - great value for money - rooms, location, the excellent breakfast buffet and staff were all top-class. I will stay at this property for sure next time I am in Hamburg |

Everything, including breakfast with freshly cooked eggs to order. Reception was speedy and friendly. Dare I say, far better than the nearby Reichshoff, so worth the few extra Euros. |

Excellent location opposite main station from where you can go anywhere and a three day transport pass was given to us. Sublime breakfast. Lovely pool. Great slide (my husband had fun here!). Lovely staff. Great street for restaurants just round the corner. Seemed good value given location, facilities, breakfast included and the transport pass. Would not go elsewhere if ever in Hamburg! The service was excellent. Breakfast buffe wonderful with a lot of fresh things, possibility to order your own omelete. Since the weather was extreemly hot a nice Ac would have been useful. |

The location of the Hotel nearby all the topsights. The very good breakfast There was no airconditioning and if you opened the windows the noise from the streets and caffees/terasses was very loud, day and night. It was 34 degrees Celsius for 5 days. |

This hotel was very clean, the room was spacious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. the breakfast at the hotel was lovely and catered for all nationalities. The hotel also has easy transport links and travel on the train and local bus route was included in our stay. |

very well situated close to central station and public transport, including direct link to airport; we had a room facing a quiet back street, so no traffic noise either; room was clean and big enough for a city trip. Staff always very friendly, great buffet breakfast definitely to recommend, as well as generous breakfast times! |
