Sports facilities include a fitness room, a squash court and a golf simulator (please note tnat fees apply).
Conference rooms ranging from 33 m² to 160 m² are available for functions hosting between 20 and 200 people.
The Flaggenbar is located on the ground floor of the hotel, next to the reception. This cosy bar offers a range of beverages and live piano music from Tuesday until Saturday. Piano music begins at 19:00.
The Flaggenbar is open daily from 10:00 to 02:00.
The non-smoking lounge is open from 07:00 to 02:00. Service begins at 10:00.
A free wireless internet connection and internet terminal are available in all public areas and the non-smoking lounge.
The soundproofed windows ensure an undisturbed night’s sleep.

SPA -excellent, personal is care and freandly, general atmosphere is comfortable. Smokers are isolated but served very well!!! Ventillation and air-conditionin need to be reconstructed( after breakfest you can feel kitchen smelt on the 1st and 2nd floor near elevator. |

Very good breakfast buffet (with sausage links and made-to-order omelettes), free Internet in rooms (via Ethernet cable), free PC+Internet+printer in lobby, a fun six-story water slide, swimming pool & fitness center, Finnish sauna (with rooms at different temperatures), virtual golf driving range, free public transport pass (first 3 days), clean rooms and located right next to central train station. The pillow was not very comfortable (too flat). The fitness center didn't have a lot of equipment and the Finnish sauna rooms were not turned on. |

I liked the location, the cleanliness and facilities. The staff were polite and helpful. No complimentary hot drinks in the rooms, Although I would have preferred to have tea and cooffee in the room this would not stop me from staying here again in the future. I have already recommended the hotel to others. |

Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, gourmet breakfast buffet, well-equipped room. We will defenitely choose this hotel again next time we go to Hamburg! All rooms ought to be non-smoking. Our room unfortunately smelled of smoke. |

Excellent location opposite main station from where you can go anywhere and a three day transport pass was given to us. Sublime breakfast. Lovely pool. Great slide (my husband had fun here!). Lovely staff. Great street for restaurants just round the corner. Seemed good value given location, facilities, breakfast included and the transport pass. Would not go elsewhere if ever in Hamburg! The location of the Hotel nearby all the topsights. The very good breakfast There was no airconditioning and if you opened the windows the noise from the streets and caffees/terasses was very loud, day and night. It was 34 degrees Celsius for 5 days. |

This hotel was very clean, the room was spacious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. the breakfast at the hotel was lovely and catered for all nationalities. The hotel also has easy transport links and travel on the train and local bus route was included in our stay. |

very well situated close to central station and public transport, including direct link to airport; we had a room facing a quiet back street, so no traffic noise either; room was clean and big enough for a city trip. Staff always very friendly, great buffet breakfast definitely to recommend, as well as generous breakfast times! |
