Pokoj byl čistě uklizený. Naštěstí byl obrácený do vnitrobloku, takže tam nebyl hluk z ulice. Pokoj byl velice maličký, nevešly se nám věci do skříně. Na koberci byli dva veliké fleky, což si myslím, že by ve 4* hotelu být nemělo. Všechno vybavení bylo tak trochu oprýskané. |

The staff at the Reception are friendly and helpful. The hotel is well-located for my needs and within walking distance from the train station. The breakfast buffet has an adequate selection, but the addition of some good quality smoked salmon would make it perfect. |

Good value for being fairly close to central Munich. Also very close PTS, where I was doing business. Room was to warm and had to open the window during the night. My colleague had the same experience. |

Good location near the city center , the tram stop was just a few steps away. Front staff were very helpful and hotel offers a super breakfast!! Staff at the breakfast room were assorting the breads in the bread basket with bear hands. Even though the room was cleaned up every day , the glasses we used on the first day were never replaced during our 3 night stay.. |

The breakfast which was included was great with lots of choice. Good location just outside main centre but very easy to get to with a tram and U-bahn stop close by. No tea and coffee facilities in room. |

The front desk speaks at least 3 languages (German, English, and impressive French) and the staff is extremey helpful and nice. very good breakfast.The bathroom was also quite big and very clean. no airconditioning. The old guy working at the bar was a bit "special" to put it diplomatically. The garage is VERY small and if you not a A-class driver (or if you have no parking radars) - you will def scraatch your car :) |

Very central, close to tram und U-Bahn. The center can be reached within 5-10 minutes. Unfortunately it was one of those hot days, our room did not have airconditioning (not sure if they have any that do have this?). |

Very nice rooms, everything you can expect, no compromises on comfort. Staff at the reception was facing an exceptionally bad day with only one person working, but she was nice and tried to compensate. The breakfast was also very good, even for Germany. The localization is not the best in Münch. Also not very charming, but the idea was not to be charming, but confortable. |

Leider muss ich diese Frage in englisch beantwörten. A great three star it was, for sure. Very new fixtures and furniture. Quiet and still centrally located in downtown München, it was ideal for a family to make trips into the city to shop or sight-see. Underground garage without cost. Very large room with three beds. Wonderful breakfast. Very polite and experinced personal. They were very international and friendly. I would definately recommend this hotel to business travelers, small families, and elderly couples. Great stay! The Hotel was rated a four-star but it was a little overrated. Sometimes the garbage wasn't taken out. The bath was clean upon entry and was cleaned every day but we tried to keep our towels for our three day stay, but the staff keep changing them. There were no amenties such as pool, reading room, extra computers, or luggage carts provided. Those things you'd expect at a four star hotel. But, it must be stated, the hotel was a superior three star, for sure. |
