The customer service was excellent. We only had 2 days in Munich and the receptionist really went the extra mile to make our stay memorable by providing lots of useful information and tips. The bar staff were also friendly and courteous.The location of the hotel was also good being midway between the centre of Munich and the Olympic Village My only minor complaint is that the beds were too soft! |

Hotel staff. Breakfast food. Unbeliveable small parking places in the garage. Guest can damage his/her car very easy. Too expensive internet access. |

Good triple room size adequate for two adults and one child, the inner yard room was extremely quiet despite the fact that hotel is located on a busy street; good buffet breakfest. Not far from a U-Bahn station; also just 3-4 tram stops from the city centre. The walls in the room had scuff marks wich made it look dirty; the room furnishing was very functional but a bit on a spartan side for a 4 star hote; I would say it is a solid 3 star one. |

the dinning room manager was a lovely gentleman also was the night porter.only stayed over night to catch a flight the followin morning.great location The hotel states 4 star ratings.which i find strange if your banking on the rooms.my room was visaby unclean.hair in bath,dust everywhere,remote doesnt work.no additional bedding etc.so not happy |

About 20 minutes walk from the hauptbahnhof, but also on a direct tram route. Close to the Loewenbrau beer hall. Good breakfast, clean room and friendly staff. The room was too hot. |

Friendly staff, easy access to city centre. Our room was really small, we could hear lots of noises from other rooms, and not much of a choice for breakfast as in a 4 star hotel. |

Location, friendliness of staff, reasonable rate, outstanding (included) breakfast, layout of room, quiet location Minor problem in that telephone did not work. We were offered another room but didn't think it was that important. Rooms are smallish but well laid out. |

The breakfast is good, location is good too. They only have rooms with twin beds, no king or queen, and their choice of mattresses and pillows are very poor. |

The location of the hotel to the tram stop is perfect! It was very easy to get to all of our destinations. The staff was very helpful and always willing to take time to answer our numerous questions. We had an issue where our key would no longer work; we had to change rooms so they upgraded us to a suite to accomodate for the inconvenience. The breakfast is very good with many, many items. |
