Modern facilities and nice designs of rooms. Clean and breakfast spread and quality was excellent! Quite far from main station of 20 mins walk ! Pillows are too flat and soft.

We got a 3bed room that was big and clean. Big bouffet for brekfast was excellent. The only negative thing is the internet connection is toooooo slooooow.

I always like staying in the hotel Europa. It is very relaxing. The breakfast and evening meal is delicious and the staff are helpful and efficient. The rooms are very clean and well kept.

The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. They also had a restaurant there that was really nice to eat at and handy. Breakfast choices were great and very tasty. It was also easy to get into town. That the airport was far away so the taxi drive was quite expensive

Unlike the exterior appearance, the interior is beautifully renovated. The room is spacious. The breakfast buffet of variety is served. I had a bit of a problem with flushing a toilet in the guest room.

Decor was very nice and room very comfortable and well priced considering the generous breakfast buffet. The restaurant was not only great for breakfast, but we had two fabulous dinners as well. While not right downtown, it was an easy ride on the light rail to where ever one needs to go.

The hotel staff were very accomodating and friendly. I had hoped to visit the Christmas market but was told that the large one in the city centre had not started yet, but was suggested to visit the smaller one with directions on how to get there. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the room was spacious. My room was very clean, except for some marks on the walls, presumably from suitcases and things from previous guests. The only other issue was that because my room was next to the elevator, there was a lot of noise from hotel staff and machinery as they were cleaning and going about their duties.

Nice room, good breakfast, good location Dont expect much from the reception staff. The previous comments have been true. They are rude and unhelpful and generally had a cold attitude towards guests. Apart form that its a good place to stay.
