Location is perfect and internal decoration is also comfortable, there're even water heating kettle and once-off slippers provied which i think especially suitable for Chinese customers.

The fitting room on 8th floor is just opposite to my window, when there're people jogging on the facility it's kind of awkward.

It's location was great, the room was big and there is a private parking. The internet was free and very good.

Central location at Friedrichstrasse HBf. Modern hotel

Staff: Very young and unexperienced in hotelrelated questions. most of the were practicants. Air condition did not work even though I reminded the staff to take care of it. They did not bother at all. I happend to met one of the service technishens. After 28 hours he had not been informed by the staff from the check in counter. However he managed to fix it all. He was surprised that he not had been informed from their check in counter. They totaly ignored the guests. I can send a list of their incompetens. They have a managemant problem.

Everything was just perfect: professional staff, design of as the entire hotel as room in particular, location, of cause, very reasonable rate (132 EUR for 2, breakfast included)

The staffs at reception are very friendly.The location was perfect for shopping and near to all transport system. Ideal for touring Berlin.

Next to u & s Bahn station so really easy to go anywhere and in centre for walking as well. Rented bikes 12 Euro per day. Quiet in room, very comfortable bed. Most of the staff are Spanish and all very helpful. Hope to go back.

Location to all the sights in Berlin was perfect. And right next to the train and metro! Couldn't have been easier. Room was large, comfortable and super clean. Fantastic!

The hotel is down a walkway so not situated on the main street. We had some trouble locating the hotel. if you are aware of this then it is easy to find.

Perfect value-for-money! Rooms are decorated with style and modern design. Rooms are convenient and functional for living and working, large barthroom. Nice to have tea/ coffee every day.

Fantastic hotel in the heart of Berlin. Loved the huge lobby and the generous breakfasts. Staff were mostly Spanish and super friendly. Pool was a plus, although a bit small.

The hotel is located perfectly! close to restaurants, shopping, right opposite to the train station (but did not hear any noise from our room). Breakfast was very good. The room was large and comfortable so was the bathroom. Great value for money.
