The staff was very helpful with every need we had. We also don't speak German and they were quite accommodating with us. It was a very modern hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was not as close to the main train station (Hauptbahnhof) as noted, about a 1 km walk, but it was less than two blocks from another S-bahn stop, so it was still quite convenient for getting around the city. |

Extremely pleased with this hotel. It's modern, clean and very comfortable. Did not notice much noise from our room, which was on the courtyard side. The room was spacious and had air-conditioning, even though it was cool enough to leave the windows open at times. Bathroom was plenty big with modern fixtures and a large shower. The main train station was only a 8-9 minute walk and there was metro stop even closer. On-site parking is pricey but a great convenience. Would definitely stay here again. |

Very modern hotel, luxurious and very clean. Excellent location to the train station and city centre was a 20 minute comfortable walk. Public transport and taxis at main entrance. Service in the restaurant was inconsistent. Staff on front desk did not seem to have local knowledge which is essential for overaseas travellers. |

The room was clean, nice decorated (maybe the window glass from the bathroom was too much), but overall a interesting room and a good service. The area is ok, but not the best for a citybreak. |

The family appartment exceeded our expectations by miles. We had a very modern living area, double room, two bathrooms and a twin room. The pool was ok for the children but a little on the cool side. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was fantastic. We did have to get the train or tram into the centre but these are cheap and effcient. |

Well located for our purposes, comfortable enough. The staff was able, the room clean (but no Kleenex tissue anywhere!), three elevators didn't keep you waiting, most women guests variously covered. The semitransparent glass bathroom wall is on the wrong side of originality. |

Everything was excellent. I just don't know about the breakfast, because we didn't had breakfast in the hotel. A special note for the kindness of the staff. Little bit too far from center. |

We liked the high quality room faclilities and its relative close (but not to close) proximity to the old town. The staff were polite and efficient. During the day we returned to our room at 16:30 and they had not serviced it yet which meant that we did not get it serviced that day |

the staff is very pleasant and polite at reception, the hotel is very good situated, is modern, good designed the sounds inside the room: some technical sounds were loud and appeared quite regulary, and the bed was also creakking |

The hotel is grand new. I like the design of the hotel very much, especially the bathroom of the guest room. The front office staff needs to be re-trained. No smile, no greeting, not professional at all. Housekeeping staff entered our room without knocking on the door, or announcing anything. |

Incredibly clean and hospitable. Staff were very professional, and friendly for the most part. Only hotel where we were able to secure a King Size bed and we were lucky to secure a great price by booking ahead. The available Sauna and pool facilities were welcome. Towels and bathrobes were provided. The room itself was very spacious, modern and comfortable. WIFI did not work in the room, however this was mitigated by the available LAN connection in the room. Breakfast was 18 Euro per person, and so we did not partake. Parking at the hotel was also 18 Euro per night, but ample parking could be found around the hotel, free of charge. Water in the pool was very cold. |

Modern design. Warm bath towels. Sun beds on roof top. 24h check-in as we were late. Location (Hackerbrücke) is just 3 S-Bahn stops from city center. We stayed over weekend and it had almost no traffic, plenty of free parking lots around the hotel. |
