Cleanliness and comfort of the room. Breakfast over-priced nonetheless. 10 to 12 EUR will be a fairer price. Lack of slippers and tissue paper in the room. |

The location was excellant andthe facilities were above average. I had to cancel two nights due to transportation issues. The hotel made no concessions and charged me for the nights. I will not stay there in the future. |

nice modern hotel, good rooms, well designed, lobby and rest good.. tv channels poor, i cant immagine a 4 stars hotel with no one helped us to get our luggeges to the room the reciptionest was very rude by saying u hav to take ur luggege to ur room!! |

The upgrade to an appartment from a 3 bed room was appreciated. The apartment was very tidy and the air conditioning was in full working order, which was absolute heaven, when the outside temperature reached 38 deg C. Very handy for S-Bahn at Hackerbruecke, with trains every few minutes to city centre and Hauptbahnhof (city main train station) and only a 5 minute journey. Wifi failed frequently in the apartment and I had to go to the lobby to ensure a good connection. |

The Hotel was handy to the main train station 10 mins on foot and the S Bahn Hackerbruke stop was 4 minutes away on foot. The room was not cleaned during the time of my stay. |

The interior is modern and beautiful. All the facilities are acceptable. The breakfast is poor for this kind of hotel, one of the receptionists can hardly help anyone and do anything.. Some small details always irritate you while staying, but in genneral the hotel is ok. |

The excellent reception staff, location, best scrambled egg in Germany. The breakfast staff had to be asked to provide coffee - not sufficiently attentive. The hotel has a lovely pool with inadequate changing area and one shower which was faulty and there was no supervision/service of the pool or gym. |

location is great. it is just a step away form the main train station. There is free coffee/tea and cakes during the day for the customers. The drinks in the refrigerator are complimentary. reception should check on the travel agency before they recommend to customers for day trips. We paid for 1/2 day trip and got only 1.5 hours (reason given by the travel guide : the other passengers are tired and everybody wants to go back). |
