This is a fabulous modern hotel well situated for central Munich, only one stop on the S-Bahn from Munich Hauptbahnhof. The rooms are luxurious/clean/well furnished and an excellent size. Ideal for enjoying Munich. Staff were all welcoming and happy to assist. re the Pool and Spa facilties - because you need to change in a small changing room and storage of clothes was a problem - a dressing gown standard in the room and a pair of throw away slippers would have been very useful and we had not got these packed and couldnt use the facilities. |

The place of hotel is so god. It is very closed to metro station . Hotel is very clean ve very modern. The rooms are so big and comfortible. Staff are very kind and helpful. |

Very good It is a glass between the room and the shower which means that the person using the shower can be seen from the room. This was OK for us as a couple, but not that nice if the room was shared with a non-couple. |

Long weekend break to visit Markets and enjoy Germany Disliked rooms. Didnot like the fact that there was no privacy when having a shower/bath. Also did not like decor in the rooms. The first morning we had breakfast it appeared because we found a table by ourselves and not shown by the head waiter we got totally ignored and had to request coffee on three occasions before we got served. It was though we were invisible. |

Friendly and helpful staff. U & s Bhan stop close by. Close to Tollwood winter markets. Good breakfast. Comfy and stylish rooms Had requested twin beds in one of our rooms but ended up with a double but this was quickly dealt with by the friendly staff who were very accommodating |

This Hotel is really good value for money, I stay in Hotels all over the world on a regular basis, and this is by far one of the best for comfort, value for money, cleanliness, services and facilities. The rooms are modern, very clean and quiet. You will be very satisfied with this hotel, and if you get a chance - take a walk to the local keller restaurant. It doesnt look busy when you get in there, but head down the spiral stone staircase to the cellars below where you will find an amazing suprise!!!!!!! Go for dinner there. Also if you get a chance, you can jump on a train from the central station and ride through the alps to Saltzburg - Austria in 90 minutes!!! And it only costs 30 Euros for up to five people!!! Enjoy. The only down side of this Hotel was the distance from the station - about a ten minute walk, but we found if you get on a tram outside the station it takes two minutes, and is well worth the journey as the Hotel is very welcoming. Happy travelling!!!!! |

This hotel was very clean, had excellent rooms with great beds, very quiet, a wonderful breakfast selection and the staff were very friendly also exceedingly well informed and helpful. Their English was very good. No I would happpily stay there again and almost certainly will. |

I liked the style of this hotel and the friendliness of the hotel staff. The bar was lovely and comfortable and the perfect place to have a drink after a long day. I found the glass panelling between the bedroom and bathroom a bit offputting as you could clearly see through it. |

Very good position (very close to metro-station), new building, very good breakfast Staff not always friendly, not speaking english very well, but what I did not like at all was the request to pay the whole amount in advance, when I made the check-in. I asked to a german friend lawier, he told me there is no obligation at all to do that, the only explanation can be a sort of mistrust in the customer. |

The room size was good. The bed was comfortable and overall the room facilities were good. The fire alarm went off repeatedly on my floor which cause me to have a broken night's sleep ahead of an important meting. The staff didn't manage the problem well. There seemed to be no awareness ofd how the repeated alarms affected their customers. |

Stay in the two bed rooms apartment , brand news hotel and nice and clean deisgn Room located outside of the corridior , we were actually by the fire exit staircase , can't receive wi-fi provide from the hotel and the staffs rather unfreindly and very rude. |
