とにかく新しくてきれいです。部屋も広くて大変過ごしやすいです。

ただ、場所が地図上で見るよりも駅から遠くてびっくりしました。時間をはかったらミュンヘン中央駅から徒歩- 15分から20分もかかります。さらにそこからマリエンプラッザのような中心地に行く場合、全文で30分以- 上歩くことになるので、市内観光を楽しみたいかたにはこのホテルはお勧めしません。もっと駅に近いホテルを- 選んだほうがいいと思います。あと、今回は両親と自分の３人で泊まったのですが、チェックイン後部屋にいっ- たら、すべてのバスタオルやアメニティなどすべてが二人分しかありませんでした。それでフロントに電話した- ら30分以上たってからやっと持ってきました。あと、スリッパもなく、素足で歩くと靴下が汚れるほど汚いの- で、スリッパは自分でもってきたほうがいいでしょう。あと、ヘアドライアもおいてありませんでした。それで- 再度フロントに電話しなければならなくて、なんか何度も電話して何がない、何が足りないというのが何かいや- でした。

朝の入浴中に、ミニバーのチェックに断りなしで部屋にはいってきて 驚いた。 こんな経験はじめただ。四つ星ホテルではこうなのか？

機能的で使いやすい部屋だった。道路に面している部屋だったが、騒音がなかった。トラムの停車場がすぐ近く- にある。

ショッピングエリアまではトラムやSバーンに乗らないと行けない。すぐ近くにはこれといったレストランもな- い。

部屋に着いて広さに驚きました！一人での滞在でしたがツインベッドだったのが嬉しかったです。あとはホテル- 内にプールとサウナ（小さい）が完備されていたのでリラックスできました。フロントスタッフも感じがよかっ- たです。

翌日チェックアウト12時まで部屋にいたのですが、１０時～１２時の間に清掃スタッフやミニバースタッフが- 合計３回も入ってきました。ミニバースタッフはノックをしてから入ろうとしてきましたが、清掃スタッフ（２- 回とも同じ人）はノックなしでイキナリ入ってきたので、トイレに入っていたときはかなり焦りました。私が泊- まった部屋はなぜかバリアフリーでバスルームのドアが完全に閉まらないタイプだったので余計に…２回目に文- 句を言ったら、睡眠中ですのカードをドアノブにかけてない私が悪いとのことでしたが、部屋の中に睡眠中のカ- ードはありませんでした。せめてノックくらいしてほしかったです。せっかくサウナやプール、広くてきれいな- 部屋でリラックスしたのに、彼女のおかげで台無しでした。

外観からは想像できない部屋の綺麗さで、嬉しい誤算。朝食も充実しており満足。

階段のカーペットが張り替え途中であったり、所々に工具があったりと、雰囲気は残念だったが、一時的なもの- でしょう。旧市街から距離があるので、車でないとアクセスは良くないかも知れません。

Service is not at the level of price: no Jacuzzi, no bathrobe, no 24h service Menu (closing at 23:00), Sauna was closed at 22:00.... For this price range, you can find better service. The pool is really small and is just here to reach 4 star level and make hotel pictures attractive. Avoid rooms on front street side, the sound proof is quite good but tramway + main road is noisy :(

I like the interior design of the hotel. Breakfast is also good.

For somebody who comes to Muhich for sightseeing the hotel is a bit out of the way. The staff is helpful, but a bit more genuin friendliness would be nice.

The rooms were very spacious and well appointed. The coffee service in the room was nice as were the beds. The proximity to the tram service was excellent, as well as the access to the subway. Travel time to the old town was only about 5-10 minutes including time spent waiting at the platform. The breakfast was good, and if you ate well was nearly worth the 18 Euro. If you only need coffee and a roll stay in your room. The staff in the restaurant were semi-attentive, which was a shame since there are loads of them. The front desk staff was also not very helpful suggesting any restaurants in the area except the one down the road, which was good for beer and ambiance, but only so so for the food.

The rooms are always very clean, nice when you are severely allergic. Staff at front Desk very friendly, beds very comfortable and location is very convenient since our office is 5 minutes walking distance

No loyalty program and the fact that despite sometimes paying a quite significant amount the breakfast is still not included. (F.E. 159 P. N. and no breakfast?) How much can a cup of coffee and a roll cost? It is also a pity that the lighting in the room is basically all or nothing. One can not turn the hall light on without turning on all neons in the rest of the room. Seprate switches for that would be useful.

The hotel is close to the train station and many excursions begin there. It is also close to Augustiner Keller, a popular beer house. The city street is rather noisy. It is a 4 star, but lacks the feel of one. We stayed in other 4 star hotels that are cleaner. Our sheets were not changed during a 5-day stay. My daughter and her husband were with us and they had dirty coffee cups and no coffee in their room for 2 days. The biggest rip off was the breakfast. It was not included with the room. It cost 18 euro a person and was no more than what you find at a Holiday Inn Express in Canada. It was very disappointing. We only at it one day because we had an early excursion. The staff was nice.

We reach the hotel early at 6 pm and wait in the lobby with 2 kids and the front desk refuse 2 give us an early check in and our room was available from 10 even tho we offer 2 pay an extra day just 2 check in early and still refusing !!!

Lovely modern comfortable hotel with huge comfortable bed. Ideal location for all the sights and very easy close access to transport system. I would definately recommend it.

The cost of breakfast was extra at Euros 18 pppn. Far too expensive!
