Estavamos de lua-de-mel e era meu aniversário e a recepcionista, muito simpática, após as felicitações, resolveu nos dar um upgrade para um apartamento de 80m2, com dois quartos e sala, que tinha aspecto de nunca ter sido usado, pois o Hotel tinha inaugurado fazia apenas duas semanas. Superou, portanto, nossas expectativas. As acomodações são excelentes, cama muito confortável, quarto moderno, novo, muito bonito. Café da manhã muito bom e localização muito boa, chegando-se facilmente a pé ou de bonde ao centro da cidade. É uma pena que apenas ficamos 01 noite nesse Hotel. |

Ótima localização, bom café da manhã. Internet grátis. Hotel novíssimo (inaugurado dia 01/set/2009), muito bom! O banheiro é separado do quarto por um vidro jateado, o que causa um pouco de desconforto na hora do banho. |

Location (you can easily approach center on foot (20') but also the sub station is really close (4'), the rooms are big enough, clean, "fresh style" (a generally pleasant stay). The breakfast is higher than average, and the S.P. nice and quiet. Finally there is enough space to park your car for free. One of the receptionists was really impolite, and generally the hotel staff is nothing but average. |

We liked our bedroom and shower. It was very modern and classy. Reception staff were pretty glum looking. |

HOtel is brand new and modernly decorated. It's not really walking distance to marineplatz but it is really close (taxi fair about 10€). Breakfast is excelent Maybe it would be betetr to have a more different meals in restaurant menu, but even without that food is good and service is excelent. |

Possibly the best 4-star hotel I've been to. Great value of money. Everything is new. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good space room. Good breakfast. Free wireless internet in the room. Quiet location and not far from tram station and downtown. After arriving from the beers I saw they had left a plate of candies in my room, as a welcome. Very thoughtful. Water from the shower had a low pressure. I can't recall nothing else. |

it is totally new and excellent for any detail of the structure, good price (maybe for the launch) horrible service to the restaurant which is totally a nightmare (it must be replan the managment) |

My family and I had a lovely time in Eurostars Grand Central. It was spotlessly clean and the staff very attentive. We will definately be booking it again next time we come to Munich. |

the room was clean Yes, (1) TV channels mostly in German language with one news Arabic and english channel (maybe add more English movies channels. i have seen better channels in other similar hotels.(2) staff service is poor and the food is expensive compared to its quality. (3) breakfast was similar every day for the 8 days. |

Hotel was modern and clean. Breakfast excellent and staff friendly. Only a couple of minutes walk to Hackerbrucke station which has connections every minute or so to the city centre (Marienplatz is about a 20 min walk away). |

Hi Quality, excellent value, Breakfast buffet was first class. The heated Pool, Gym and Sauna were all appreciated by the whole family. Muti a manager was extremely helpfull and spoke excellent English. |

the staff were very pleasant & helpfull,the rooms were spotless & very comfortable,if you found the pillows to hard,there was a menu available of all different pillows that u could request a pillow of your choice from as we were staying at the front of the hotel on the 1st floor it was a bit noicey at night & early morning with the traffic & the trams plus we found the taxi driver's weren't sure were the hotel was,the name of hotel is not light up enough |
