Curateania, linistea, conditiile pe care le ofera.Un mic dejun fff bogat cu o servire excelemta. La piscina am fost chiar singuri, si sauna lafel.Intradevar se poate parca gratis in fata hotelului (multumesc sfatului celui care a postat acest lucru), nu e necesara parcarea in incinta hotelului care costa vre-o 18 euro/noapte. Il recomand oricarui care merge in oras,. |

Very modern and stylish furnished. The staffs were very friendly. The Spa and Sweamingpool and Sauna surprisingly more than good. Almost easy access to the city center and shopping areas. The price was reasonable. The rooms very clean and stylish. Looking forward to stay over in future. |

copy letter: I have the opportunity to go to München often. I stayed in your hotel for 2 nights last 08 and 09 February 2010. I have two remarks regarding the service. On the 8th evening (around 20 or 21), I asked a woman at the reception desk where was the Wrederstraat which I knew to be near. That person told that she did not know. And she did not search... I then suggest may be to look on the computer which was in front of her; then she found it... On the 9th, evening I aked the same person if I could get the code for internet, She told me to come back later. I aked then if possible to get now and then she gave it to me. Both of the actions who took 30 secomds each, it was not a rush time. I could have expect a own initaitive and a better " will" to help... I am used to travel a lot and for around 160 euros a night, this kind of detail might make the difference. I will admit that the rest of the service (bar and restaurant) was good. I liked the design of the hotel and the location. I know Munich very well. If prices stay low I would stay again. 1. Breakfast was very poor for a 4 star hotel. 2. Cleanliness of room was not sufficient and everyday something was wrong. 3.There are no drawers in the room. |

Reserved and apartment. Room was very very nice! Breakfast Buffet was on point. Hotel is Close to the S-Bahn. One S-Bahn stop from the Hauptbahnhof. Hotel could not service its capacity e.g. did not have enough bath robes, or room service menus. Hotel does not advertise other businesses such as restaurants nearby to allow patrons alternatives to Eurostar hotel services. Staff needs to be knowledgeable of their own services or be able to tell you where to go to get information e.g. hotel restaurant opening hours are in your room. Swimming Pool temparture, tons colder then any indoor pool in Germany during winter I've been too. Hint: If you are an American bring your own soap and wash clothes. |

Location was quite good, with a metro station within a minute and the breakfast was excellent The bedsheets were not changed daily and when we asked the staff the said they were changed every 2 days, which wasnt the case. It was only when we reminded the staff that this was done which was quite poor |

This is a fabulous modern hotel well situated for central Munich, only one stop on the S-Bahn from Munich Hauptbahnhof. The rooms are luxurious/clean/well furnished and an excellent size. Ideal for enjoying Munich. Staff were all welcoming and happy to assist. re the Pool and Spa facilties - because you need to change in a small changing room and storage of clothes was a problem - a dressing gown standard in the room and a pair of throw away slippers would have been very useful and we had not got these packed and couldnt use the facilities. |
