The hotel was clean, staff friendly. Nice Bar also The price for facilities, this was rated as a 4-star hotel, but would realisicly classify it as a 3-star. The location was further out than expected (€20 to the centre), the breakfast very over priced.The room promised was not the room we got. |

The rooms were big and well proportioned. The staff were rude and ignorant. They continually checked members of our party our of their rooms such that when they cam back at night the keys no longer worked. At one point they checked some other people into a room, disturbing them in the middle of the night. The breakfast was very expensive. The hotel was miles away from everywhere, |

The location of the hotel is good ,becouse it is not far from Munich downtown and Rein Mall shoping ,more over the area is quit The staff of the reception very bad , not helpful and not competent for this job ,more over the parking rate is very high ( 15 eur /day) |

The big room with mini kitchen. We need to put shady windows because I was forced to wake up with sunrise. Crt obsolete TV with only German TV channels. All instructions and even called attention to what was written in Germany!!!.Maybe not need tourists.When I had problems connecting to the inernet just gave me another cable did not bother to help me anyone.I solved alone. |

The room was Gigantic, Very clean and never eared a noise coming from the neighbours. The doors were so hard to close it was ridiculous. We had to slam them to close. |

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, gut eingerichtet und sauber. Es war gut von unserem Eventort erreichbar. Die Klimaanlage sowie der Ventilator im Bad waren zur Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes defekt. Die Mitarbeiter waren teilweise etwas träge in der Bedienung. |

部屋も広く，スタッフも感じが良く大変良いホテルでした。ただし，最寄りの駅から少し離れているのが不便で- す。歩いて５分ほどの所にバス停，もう少し歩いたところにスーパー等がありますので，不便すぎるというほど- ではありません。 |
