Bar de l'hôtel très limité (tenu par le réceptionniste quand il a le temps) et check out très long.

Quiet location, tho a little under 4 miles from the very centre, an easy commute by ultra reliable transport by bus then s bahn or tram. Excellent room rate, staff and room.

The helpful staff was always available in the lobby. The size of the room was nice. The sleeping area was comfortable.

Phone did not work properly. Shower did not drain well and water backed up quickly. The toilet paper was cheap and rough.

The rooms are rather big (double suite), enough light, can be additionally heated with radiators. Stands in quiet district but has a good transport situation - you can get to the airport in around 30 minutes, to the Riem Arcaden shopping center in 10-15 minutes and to center of the city 15-20 minutes. Did not take the opportunity to have breakfast - but there are Italian and Greek restaurants nearby, or Burger King near the bus stop.

We came during Octoberfest - the rooms were more expensive for this time. But I guess it is the same for all hotels this time.

Very pleasant hotel. Big room with a lot of space to feel comfortable as if it were your own appartment. Very clean and silent.

The room is very large - a proper apartment suite

The hotel is quite difficult to get to by public transport. It looks like it's near the S-Bahn on the map but it's really a 20 minute walk. We paid extra for a kitchenette but there were no pots or pans to cook with, so it was completely pointless. There wasn't even tea or coffee. The hotel charges ripoff prices for breakfast and everything else. The staff weren't particularly friendly or helpful. There were also a few hairs on the pillows when we arrived.

Good windows with electric shades and good noise damping. Quiet despite proximity of highway

Kichette use had to be paid for extra. A lot of smoking in front of the lobby-area with draft going inside (including bar/breakfast area), no aircon, internet-cable was missing. Booking via booking.com (hot deal) has not been recieved (but booking.com sent me a confirmation!) Luckily a room was still available.

The appartment is very large and confortable and quiet. It has a large living area with a sofa, a table, a large desk. Very clean bathroom, little kitchenette I never used.

The fridge is pretty useless. It's not cold at all.

Very nice and big room with living room and kitchen, very comfortable!!! Staff are very nice and patient, even the location just a little bit far from the city centre, but the transportation is very convenient! I had really great time there.

Reasonably polite staff, room was quite ok.

Sauna was not working and no one even apologized for that. Besides, a kitchen, but no dishes or spoons or everything whatsoever. No "please don't disturb" sign. Minor things that piled up!
