The hotel is new or feel like it is! (has been refurbished recently and is immaculate). Good location, very close to the Underground which gives direct access to city center in a few minutes.

The Room was beautifully designed, light colours and the bed was luxury. I like the fact also that you were only steps away from the underground and airport bus link. Breakfast was expensive, also only powdered milk in room.

The way staff treat the guests is an important point in this Hotel. We love customizing our table and the room. And the dinners each day a new surprise. Besides the excellent beer and sausage that are offered. Unforgettable. We have to go home because our vacation ended.

Comfortable and cozy hotel. Greatly enjoyed staying there for one night while in transit through Munich. Best thing is that the airport shuttle is closeby - 3-4 minutes on foot from the hotel.

No thanks, no good buye, even no smile...After 2 nights stay and paying 550 euro bill at reception... The only sound which I heard done by receptionist was a silent click of credit card being put on a front desk! I might had a better feeling when leaving a police station or so. Same situation a day before when paying parking fee, it looks that hotel guests are too boring or disturbing much Miss Steigenberger who behaves Totally Unfriendly. If you don't want to loose your good mood, wait for another receptionist, or chose another hotel.

generally nice hotel with good people they are having a lot of refurbishment work done - will be better once done but for now it means the bar and restaurant are not as they should be

Quiet environment Good place for parking nearby Not good for non-driver Curtain is dirty - burnt by cigarette before half bottle of water when I get in the hotel room no room service at night. They will ask you to go down and get things if request.

Well designed, clean, comfortable and quiet hotel with spacious rooms. 2 minutes from metro, 6 stations from central one. Poor brakfast

Polite people in the reception Nice lobby The room was nice and I can't complain about the bed. Some noise from the Streets and drilling from workers renovating the hotel. That said the drilling could have been worse.

The location was good, right next to the metro stop and very easy to get to the city, also great for the bus to the airport. The rooms were extrememly comfortable and the refurbishment is very nice. Luxury. The price was also great as we got a special deal with booking.com. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We booked a room with a king size bed which was specified on our booking and when we arrived our room actaully had 2 king single beds pushed together. I spoke to the receptionist and they advised that all of the rooms in the hotel were like that and it was not possible to get a Kingsize bed (one mattress) in the hotel!! This was a bit disappointing and I think they should tell you in advance.

Liked the staff, were very helpful. the rooms are big and very clean. the fitness area is very poor, you have to pay to use the sunna, which was never advertised.

Room a very good size and excellent bathroom / shower Price was not as advertised. I booked with a 105 euro price on the website but when I checked out, it was 130 euros. Unfortunately for me, I'd forgotten to bring my confirmation so had no alternative but to pay it. This was very annoying as I bought on price. Also for an executive room, I would have expected a bathrobe
