Great location, very close to main station. Free Internet in room. The room was huge by Germany city standards. It was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The breakfast was very good and included in the price of the room. I have to say, it was the best room I've ever stayed in in Germany (I haven't been in luxury 4-5 star rooms, but this room was very comfortable and when we opened the door we said jackpot!) Some people have mentioned the drinking kiosk across the street and the questionable people hanging out there. Pay them no mind. Those people just hang around that spot and mind their own business. No one should worry about that. I would recommend this hotel without reservation. Don't really have any big complaints. When we first got there, the w-lan on the upper floors was unreliable, but they did an upgrade to their system, after that it was a very good connection. The towels were a little worn, but that didn't bother me. Can be slightly tricky to find, but if you follow the big red arrows that say "everest" it will be easy.

Cannot really think of anything. Just an appalling hotel. Very cold, spartan rooms, poor breakfast: 3 stars is a bewildering description - think it should have been lucky to get 1 star. Needless to say will never return - even if they reduced the price from an scandalous150 Euros a night.

Terrible hotel, previous positive reviews appear to be describing a completely different hotel! I know Frankfurt well, and was only able to get a late booking (I wonder why!)..and this falls very short of the standard for the price. They only charge stupid amounts of money because it is near to the central station - but frankly not worth it because of the cynical lack of services and general abject look of the hotel.

It's a very peaceful location. Thou, it's not very ideal for shopping & entertainments, our kids really enjoyed the peaceful environment added with easy access [ Walking distance ] to the Main station. Yes, We will choose this hotel again , if god wishes. Lift ends at one level before the top, We felt this as we were on the top.

It was a good valuefor the money since it was the cheapest one for 2 people. The room is comfortable. The room I stayed in was really really hot (and it was October). When they charged me, the credit card machine converted the money in Euros to Brasilian Reais and then back to Euros, and that made me pay almost 25% more of the original price. But I'm not sure if that what a mistake they made or one that Visa made. Also the location is not very good.

Well located hotel. We visited the iaa and could walk (10min) to the entrance. The trainstation is also a 10 min walk with some nice cafe's and pubs. The hotel itself is not recent but is nice tough, rooms and beds are OK. Breakfast is simple but well taken care of. The hotel has no parking instead of whats said on the booking page. I made a parking reservation for 10€. They waked me and 2 others up at 7h to move the car because somebody else had to move theirs. The parking are 2 rows of 5 cars all behind eachother ... When i asked a refund for the 10€, they did not want to do this.

The breakfast was good and the female staff member in the breakfast area was brilliant, she was helpful and accomodating. She was very bubbly and went out of her way to make sure that we were happy. There was confusion when we first arrived, first we apparently were charged for a cot, then not but was still on our bill. It was very hot and two of our four rooms had fans, we asked that the other two rooms could have fans, and was told that was imposible. Both rooms, were family rooms and had children in them, we offered to go and buy two and they reimburse us as the children could not sleep in that heat. We were told that they would not be able to be reimbursed. We then spoke about the review, and he said that he would then phone his managers and, when we came back down stairs, he told us that they were going to buy two fans and they would be with us by the time we were back from our evening meal. When we got back, they were in the rooms.

The breakfast is very good. It take about 5 min from railway station to the hotel by foot. You can also take Bus 37, only one station, when you have too many luggage. The owner offer us an appartment. It was so nice. The surrounding is not very good.

Hotelli on lähellä päärautatieasemaa ja reitti on hyvin viitoitettu. Rauhallinen sijainti, ystävällinen henkilökunta, tilavat huoneet. Jääkaappi ja monta muuta juttua puuttuu huoneista, mutta en jäänyt mitään palvelua kaipaamaan. Erikoisuus: hotellissa on myös huone numero 13 :)
