The garage is quite close to the hotel. Rooms are quite large. Nice restroom. The tariff is too high for the level of the hotel (old, to be renewed). The hotel is not as close to the center as it is said in the description (10 minutes walking). Despite the name it is not a luxury hotel. There is not an internal restaurant but they use the bar (the food is quite good). |

Compact but very comfortable. Hotel and restaurant staff all particularly welcoming and helpful. Good food; very enjoyable stay. Current exchange rate means that prices are a little punishing for Brits. |

Location was good - near the Oktoberfest. Staff were nice, rooms were clean. Due to it's location the room was very loud at night. Decor in the room a bit old and dated. |

Location is good. Free and pretty good Internet. No aircon. Small rooms. Old furniture. A parking is far away (took them 10 minutes to bring me my car). Ridiculously expensive breakfast (EUR 19). |

I stayed here while visiting for Oktoberfest. Though it is a little expensive, the hotel, staff, and location are great. It was immaculate and I was very impressed with everything. I would certainly stay there again. I wish there was a safe in the room. Maybe it's not neccessary, but it is always a nice convenience to have one. |

We slept well, even though we were in the middle of a busy city. The staff were very helpful when we wanted to check-in online and were always very welcoming on our return to the hotel. It would have been useful to have a kettle in the room. The cost of the breakfast was far too high, though one can get a good bite to eat at the cafes nearby. |

It has a good location, but the area is quite seedy. The room is not value for money. We asked for a double, or king bed and we got two singles. the breakast is extremely expensive and is not value for money. |

Location We had a room that was facing the corner wall of the courtyard and did not have much air coming into it. This was a problem as it got very hot (even though it was cool outside), there's no a/c, and we were only given a small fan to cool ourselves, which was insufficient. The wifi did not always work and when it did work it was incredibly slow. **** The main problem with the hotel is that they have spotlights on the floor in the lobby. Our small daughter touched the light, burnt her finger and now has a serious blister/wound on her finger. These lights should be covered up to prevent such accidents. |

Good location, pleasant room There was a dreadful smell of rotting food in the room which we later discovered was from hotel restaurant bins in the alleyway under the window. We were also far from amused when we asked about car parking to be told that the hotel could park the car for us for €22 per night, and that the public car park 20 yards away would cost the same. We soon discovered that the public car park was just € 3.50 per night ! |

Excellent location, very close to Hauptbahnhof and 10-15 walk along pedestrian zone to main square. Staff very helpful - upgraded room after making a mistake with beds. Bathroom massive. Breakfast very good. No airconditioning - but not a real bother even though it was July. |

I have choosed a junioe suit the room is spacious but not as other hotels ranked 4 star. and internet for free the suit room is reached by stairs, so if you have kids I dont recommend it or you will build mucsles by taking them up and down regardless of the luggageg. no breakfast with the rate! |
