This is the best Hotel I've stayed in Germany. You could find Asian noodles at breakfast which provide several choices, good location-opposite to railway station & close to tram & bus station. There's snack bar at lobby counter providing soft drinks, cake and fruits to all guests. Free internet accessibility, free of charge to use mini bar at your room and free for one shirt/skirt dry wash... |

Asked for non-smoking room, but someone had smoked in the room anyway. Free upgrade to better room straight away. Excellent value for money - free minibar, wi-fi, breakfast, all good. Not worth paying for movies - bad quality (VCR!). |

Location,price,room and meals all excellent. I had an embarrassing situation that the staff on front desk obstinately insisted on check-in day by day or the next day must repeat check-in and check-out without any guarantee for the same room of the preceding day! The only absurd excuse was why we did separate reservation for continuous stays, the gentleman turning deaf ears all the way to our explanations and requests.It's not a complaint! |

Its definitely value for money, the buffet breakfast is a 5 star quality, very impressed. Also, its very close to the station. Not having an airconditioner, it was hot the day we stayed. |

Nearness to Hauptbahnhof. Free Internet facilities. Lobby refreshments. Free mini-bar. Excellent buffet breakfast. Attentive wait persons. Double room overlooking Hauptbahnhof was large and comfortable. Double room, (two singles), at rear of hotel, was smallish, but quite suitable for transiting guests. |
