Rimelig morgenmadsbuffet og rart med gratis mineralvand på værelset. Trænger til gennemgribende renovering - beskidte gulvtæpper og nedslidte badeværelser. Når der reklameres med stryge-faciliteter bør de være bedre end det lille hummer med eet gammelt strygejern og meget dårlig plads. |

Central beliggenhed lige overfor banegården. God morgenmad. OK hotel når man skal besøge Frankfurt Messe og kun skal bruge et sted at sove.Hotellet kunne godt trænge til at blive frisket op med bl.a. nye tæpper på gangarealer. Bruser i badeværelse fungerede ikke så godt. |

Dejlig morgenmad. Gode senge. Dejligt med kaffe og frugt til fri afbenyttelse. Nemt med minibaren, med basale drikkevarer. Roligt i de værelser der vender ud mod gården. Nemt i forhold til hovedbanegården. |

perfekt mht placering og service. Eneste minus var at værelset ved siden af var rygerværelse og der igenne en dør imellem værelset trak røg fra en storryger - gangen ud for værelse lugtede også af røg så bedre adskillelse af ryger/ikke ryger ! bedre adskillelse af ryger/ ikke ryger |

Et lidt slidt hotel, men venligt personale, og al fungerede tilfredsstillende. Fri minibar med adgang til basale drikkevarer er godt når man rejer med børn. |

Ganske udmærket. Personalet var meget tjenstvilligt og professionelt. Kun das Gepäckraum var et mareridt. Jeg foreslår en øjeblikkelig løsning af problemet med opbevaring af bagage. Med sædvanlig tysk effektivitet kan det løses uden vanskeligheder. Personalet bør være de eneste, der har adgang til rummet. |

The bed was very big and really comfortable. The breakfast selection was impressive too 6-7 different breads, even a big pile of smoked salmon, so it was really good. The location is also great, right next to the main train station which makes it easy to get to and back from the airport for 3,7 EUR/person/one way. Local transport (tram, bus, subway) in front of the hotel. Free minibar in the room where wireless internet access is also available for free. The strength of the signal was quite weak though.. I definitely recommend this hotel. I was missing a brochure from the room which could have given more information about the amenities of the hotel. We asked for non-smoking room but still got smoking one. Wireless internet signal was weak in the rooms, or didn't work at all. |

Locallity to train station and city centre, staff friendly and helpful, breakfast and free minibar excellent Not being informed that our double room was a small double room next to hotel stairs was smaller than other double rooms, bed jammed against wall meaning access only from one side which was also tight against the bathroom door I think this should only be a single room as was amazed at how much space my friend had in his single room, considering that we were staying more than one night ( four nights in total ) thought that we would be given the normal double rooms that had the normal space |

The breakfast was very good, the staff was helpful and answered my silliest question,the room was very comfortable. The room-service was disturbing. The man started to clean the room probably at 7 o'clock in the morning and he woke us up all our stay at 8 in the morning with banging at the door and trying to open the door. That was really disturbing. |

The additional facilities provided by the hotel are amazing. Very rare to see ironing, internet, mini bar and local calls free in a hotel. International phone calls are very expensive. As a suggestion, the photo frame on top of bed needs to be fixed further up to avoid touching the head while sitting on the bed. |

We were in Europe for three weeks and this was the best hotel by far. It is right across the street from the train station, quiet, clean and reasonably priced. I can not say enough nice things about the staff. They just went out of their way to make our stay convenient. We went on a tour and they let us stay an extra hour in our room. We had to wait in the lobby with our bags for our train and they gave us coffee and cake. The breakfast was better than the breakfast we paid $20 for in France. On a scale of one to ten, this hotel is an eleven. |

Location is super as it is just opposite to the train station. Free Internet is definitely a plus. Wide range of choice for breakfast. I even found Chinese BBQ bun. Though standard was nothing special, it showed that the hotel does want to take care of guests from all over the world. |

Location is the main benefit for train travelers, as the hotel is at the rail station. There is complimentary coffee and cake at the reception, and coffee in room. Mini bar is free. Business class room was specious and bed very comfortable. Bath was in new condition. Rooms facing rear side are quiet. I ordered a business class room, which is supposed to be higher class.First I was given a standard room with small bathroom in poor condition. After complaining, the room was changed into a good room on the 7th floor. The lift is small and slow. |
