Rimelig morgenmadsbuffet og rart med gratis mineralvand på værelset. Trænger til gennemgribende renovering - beskidte gulvtæpper og nedslidte badeværelser. Når der reklameres med stryge-faciliteter bør de være bedre end det lille hummer med eet gammelt strygejern og meget dårlig plads. |

Central beliggenhed lige overfor banegården. God morgenmad. OK hotel når man skal besøge Frankfurt Messe og kun skal bruge et sted at sove.Hotellet kunne godt trænge til at blive frisket op med bl.a. nye tæpper på gangarealer. Bruser i badeværelse fungerede ikke så godt. |

Dejlig morgenmad. Gode senge. Dejligt med kaffe og frugt til fri afbenyttelse. Nemt med minibaren, med basale drikkevarer. Roligt i de værelser der vender ud mod gården. Nemt i forhold til hovedbanegården. |

perfekt mht placering og service. Eneste minus var at værelset ved siden af var rygerværelse og der igenne en dør imellem værelset trak røg fra en storryger - gangen ud for værelse lugtede også af røg så bedre adskillelse af ryger/ikke ryger ! bedre adskillelse af ryger/ ikke ryger |

Et lidt slidt hotel, men venligt personale, og al fungerede tilfredsstillende. Fri minibar med adgang til basale drikkevarer er godt når man rejer med børn. |

Ganske udmærket. Personalet var meget tjenstvilligt og professionelt. Kun das Gepäckraum var et mareridt. Jeg foreslår en øjeblikkelig løsning af problemet med opbevaring af bagage. Med sædvanlig tysk effektivitet kan det løses uden vanskeligheder. Personalet bør være de eneste, der har adgang til rummet. |

A pleasing easy access hotel close to all modes of transport. Did not find the pillows provided comfort & support.Do not like feather filled types. |

A very clean hotel, right next to central station (train and subway). Just value for money. The lift was very late. I had to use the stairs many times. Wi-Fi in room was practically unavailable. Don't rely on the fact that you will have Wi-Fi internet access even at the lobby. I had to use the nearby internet cafe. |

This is literally across the street from the Sud exit of the Bahnhof. Very good for the money. Rooms not small, free Internet, free minibar, we even used their luggage lockup room for a week while we went to Italy for a Greek cruise. We stayed a total of two nights between trips. The buffet breakfast is huge and good. You can walk to the modern old town in about 20 min, take the subway, trams, or you can walk along the river Main to Roemer Square for the real old town in about 20 min as well. Great location, friendly and professional staff. Nothing. Everything was good both nights. |

A good value hotel right next to the train station making it central for other day trips. Good places to eat close by as well. Free Breakfast, free internet and Free Minibar (Beer, Water, Juice, colas). I would stay there again. |

The breakfast was good, and it is nice and close to the train station. It was clean, but very old. It was loud, very loud. I was on level two and could not sleep because of machines running in the hotel, and traffic outside. The bathroom was outdated, and the smallest I have been in. |

I liked the very central location of the hotel (near the train station at the city-centre). The breakfast was Ok, and value for money was also Ok. The internet-access service sometimes didn't work. |

Staff were very friendly and helpful, location right beside the Hauptbahnhof and Rental Car return centre is great. Breakfast was good quality standard German Hotel breakfast. Walls are very thin, so an inconsiderate neighbour can cause a lot of aggravation (Staff talked to my neighbouring guest and rectified this situation for me). My room was very old. Smoking rooms are not on separate floors, so smoking smells can be noticed in no smoking rooms. |

Excellent location. The included breakfast buffet was very good. There is wireless internet in the room if you have your own laptop. If you don't, you can use the hotel computers in the business center. All internet usage is free! The mini bar drinks are free too. Great value for money. The room was quite small but clean and comfortable. The hotel may not have luxuries but is ideal to be at the center of Frankfurt for short stays. |

Location is fine, the whole system designed for an efficient check-in, check-out and stay. Free wlan and mini-bar and afternoon coffee-cake Wlan was unreliable, but the neighbouring partner hotel's signal reached over. Rooms very small. Narrow single beds, which I hate. Queen size should be a standard also for single rooms. |

The bed was very big and really comfortable. The breakfast selection was impressive too 6-7 different breads, even a big pile of smoked salmon, so it was really good. The location is also great, right next to the main train station which makes it easy to get to and back from the airport for 3,7 EUR/person/one way. Local transport (tram, bus, subway) in front of the hotel. Free minibar in the room where wireless internet access is also available for free. The strength of the signal was quite weak though.. I definitely recommend this hotel. I was missing a brochure from the room which could have given more information about the amenities of the hotel. We asked for non-smoking room but still got smoking one. Wireless internet signal was weak in the rooms, or didn't work at all. |
