Dejlig morgenmad. Gode senge. Dejligt med kaffe og frugt til fri afbenyttelse. Nemt med minibaren, med basale drikkevarer. Roligt i de værelser der vender ud mod gården. Nemt i forhold til hovedbanegården. |

perfekt mht placering og service. Eneste minus var at værelset ved siden af var rygerværelse og der igenne en dør imellem værelset trak røg fra en storryger - gangen ud for værelse lugtede også af røg så bedre adskillelse af ryger/ikke ryger ! bedre adskillelse af ryger/ ikke ryger |

Et lidt slidt hotel, men venligt personale, og al fungerede tilfredsstillende. Fri minibar med adgang til basale drikkevarer er godt når man rejer med børn. |

Ganske udmærket. Personalet var meget tjenstvilligt og professionelt. Kun das Gepäckraum var et mareridt. Jeg foreslår en øjeblikkelig løsning af problemet med opbevaring af bagage. Med sædvanlig tysk effektivitet kan det løses uden vanskeligheder. Personalet bør være de eneste, der har adgang til rummet. |

The proximity to town centre and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The hotel looks slightly tired from outside but inside is really excellent. |

Right across the street from main train station. Huge windows with a balcony provide an awesome view. Large breakfast variety. Business center with multiple computers. Elevator would take a while. |

We liked everything about Hotel Excelsior. Its a real value for the money especially the free facilities, internet, breakfast, minibar and ironing. The hotel is in the accessible place of the city. |

Location on doorstep of central station and within walking distance of Messe. Free internet connection and minibar. Value for money. Old decor in room looked tatty, but was clean. No air conditioning and too noisy to open window. I stayed in standard single room, they look nothing like pictures on booking.com. Still great value, though. Will pay extra and try business class room next time. |

very close to Train Station & City. Breakfast is great. Free Mini-bar. Friendly staff. Free internet and business center. High value for money. Internet sometimes did not function well. Elevator is slow. |

Conveniert location near city centre & exhibition centre. Great extras like free minibar, local calls, wifi, refreshments. Good value without compromising quality. Strange electronic door locks are frustrating! Dificult to use. |

Excellent Breakfast, Knowledable staff with the ability to speak English. I was annoyed that the room was extremely difficult to open. also that the cleaner had entered my room at 8.00 whilst I was at breakfast, then left the door unlocked. On my return they knocked and wanted to know when I would vacate as she wanted to clean it, it was then 9.00. |

Directly opposite railway and bus stations. Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly - all spoke good english. Room and Bathroom were quite large (for a European hotel) - had free Mini Bar (which was restocked every day) and free WiFi Internet. Meals could be ordered to the room. Breakfast was great - large selection. Again like most of the hotels we have stayed in while on holiday, the room did not have tea/coffee making facilities but tea and coffee were available free of charge in the hotel lobby upt to 5pm. |
