The staff were very friendly and the location of the hotel is excellent. The room was very comfortable with an excellent bathroom

Breakfast is too expensive. Also, a hotel of this class should not be charging for WiFi. In three months travel through Europe, this was the only place to charge for this facility.

I liked the location it was right across the street from the Dom. There is no parking from the hotel but there are parking garages all over (overnight parking available). The room was nice, the bedding was very comfortable! Had a great time and would definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend it.

The restaurant for the hotel is very expensive. The breakfast was a little pricy to me also.

- Superb location, next to train station, main Cathedral and shopping

- The value for money is not good, it is very expensive and it does not include wifi or breakfast - Rooms are very old - The television was behind the bed...so it was impossible to watch unless you rearranged the whole room!

Free minibar was nice. Room size was very good

Internet cost is an utter rip off for a hotel of this significance

A "free" minibar does not compensate for expensive and complex WiFi. Should be the other way around. Restaurants closed at 10.00pm on a Saturday night!!!!

One always hopes that a chosen hotel will meet ones expectations on a break. From arrival this hotel & its staff exceeded all expectations that we had. I would recommend this hotel without any doubt for location, decor, helpful & terrific staff.

Permitted smoking in the hotel bar, nothing else

The hotel is really perfect. Nothing to complain with staff, comfort, meal etc.

But I feel myself stupid paying 22 euro per day for funny Internet. Me, personally will never stay in that hotel when situation with Internet not changes. Even in student's hostels internet is free.

The room itself was beautiful. The bathroom spacious and the shampoos etc lovely. The hotel is in an excellent location. The free mini bar is nice, but is not restocked during your stay, this means that if you only want the orange juice for example, you are limited to one drink for your entire stay. If you like beer it would be good as there were 4.

I found the bed extremely uncomfortable. Rock hard. The pillows on the other hand are so sift that the completely flatten when you use them. The bed had a rubber mattress protector directly under a cotton sheet making the bed feel chilly and slippery. The sheet was too small so didn't tuck in, which meant it rode up over the rubber cover. In all, it was nearly impossible to sleep. No tea and coffee making facilities. Too expensive to order via room service due to the €10 surcharge. No free wifi. Mould in the shower. I had high expectations of this hotel and unfortunately was very disappointed.

The staff was superfriendly and the service flawless.

Room was a bit noisy, but I asked to be put in a quiet room next time.

Beautiful, traditional hotel where quality matters. Very welcoming, attentive and professional staff. Luxurious, well appointed rooms. Two first class restaurants. Central location right opposite the Cathedral. Would definitely recommend!

The main reason why we booked the hotel was the location and the spa facilities. Except for 2 small sauna's, there was no spa at all. If we wanted massages, we had to go to the savoy hotel they said. I don't think you should mention it on the website then. When we left, we forgot a bag with our laundry clothes. We called the hotel when we came home 2 hours later, but no one found the bag. Very strange.

Extra fee for the Internet !!! It's seems to me that such expensive hotel could offer free Internet

Everything was excellent. The service was more than excellent, the room was clean and big. An outstanding hotel!
