ケルン中央駅から徒歩１-２分で、大聖堂が目の前にあり、観光にもショッピングや食事にも素晴らしい立地です。ホテルのお部屋はとて- も広く豪華で、バスローブやスリッパ、トイレとシャワールームとバスタブが分かれていて使いやすく、また清- 潔感にあふれていました。ホテルスタッフも非常に心地よい接客で、親切できちっとしていて、とても快適な滞- 在が出来、もう１泊したかったと思ったくらいです。ミニバーが無料なのも嬉しかったです。 |

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Bedroom was exceelent with high ceilings and well lit (not just side lights like many hotels) Impossible to not flood the bathroom floor when using the shower. |

Location was excellent. Older hotel rooms looking tired and need upgrading. Does not deserve 5 star status. Staff knowledgeable and friendly. Breakfast limited for International travellers. |

we stayed at the hotel on a city break, the facilities where excellent, staff went out of their way to assist and be helpful. The location is ideally situated for the old town area of koln. we would definetly rebook this hotel again, the hotel was excellent |

location, helpfull staff, comfortable room, free bibits in refrigirator no tea and coffe facilities in the room, the hotel's restaurant closed very early - you have to find late dinner about 200 m away, overpriced (good) buffet breakfast |

Proper 5 star hotel. The best hotel shower I have used. Very comfortable bed. Very well trained staff. Internet access should be free in room for a hotel of this price and quality. |

Location and staff courtesy Bathtub was fine but wall mounted shower in bathtub was user unfriendly...the temp. control was diffcult and the bathtub slopes up steeply near the shower..so one is forced to open up the shower fully to allow the water jet to reach you... bathtub screen is small entire floor gets water spray...they have enough room and should provide a separate shower cubicle... |

The warmth of the welcome was exceptional. It was our second visit and we were upgraded to a junior suite ( we stayed 2 nights at the week-end). The breakfast was outstanding ( although expensive). Staff had a slight tendency to prowl and remove plates instantly at breakfast!! We would have preferred them to stay a little more in the background! |

wonderful location - very pleasant, helpful staff - excellent room, especially well appointed bathroom - the free mini-bar was a nice touch! it would benefit greatly from improved air conditioning - it was not quite up to Cologne´s humidity - nonetheless, an excellent hotel I would use again |
