We wanted to rest after a stormy sea travel. Even if very near to the ZOB, we slept very well. We travelled by public transport and the location of the hotel is ideal. We had a dog as well without any trouble. The way to the room was a bit crooked. |

Location was ideal for visiting the old city of Lubeck. The staff was friendly and helpful and the apartment at the top of the building was great for our needs. |

The hotel ha s a very good location just 50 yards from the main railway station The hotel receptionist was very aloof when i arrived and just through me the hotel key with no real instruction of how to get to my room |

The buffet breakfast was very good. One of our rooms was very comfortable. The showers was good. The staff spoke english and were helpful. Our second room, which was meant to be a twin, was really a single room with one normal bed and a sofa. The sofa was not comfortable and yet we were charged the full amount for a twin bedded room. The shower was broken and although the room was meant to be non smoking it smelt of smoke. |

The rooms are clean and have a high ceiling, the breakfast is good and sufficient and the cleaning people are working very properly and fast. The hotel is situated near the station and a road but the atmosphere stays quiet. Nice people-hotel. |

Great location, really close to city center. Breakfast averege. Rooms a bit old, comfortable beds. Nice with aircondition in the room. Also good to find free parking just outside the entrerance. |

Clean, comfortable and spaceous room. Good free breakfast. Walking distance from central station and historic city centre. Private parking in a garage, although there is a fee. |

We were given an upgrade to a top floor suite with 3 bedrooms for the price of 2 rooms. The bathrooms were lovely and clean and the rooms were a nice size. The location is wonderful, very near the famous old city gate and we could easily walk anywhere in the old city I found it rather expensive for a small city, but this was my first trip to Germany, so that may not be applicable. The hallways were narrow and smelled slightly of something |
