The room was clean and comfotable. Breakfast was excellant with a wide choice. Staff were very good and access to the internet was a great help. |

My family and I were very satisfied with our stay in this hotel. The room has nice design and was perfectly clean. Breakfast was very good, and it is possible to have breakfast in the open air. There are many lime trees around, and we had a nice morning walk every day in the fresh air with trees blooming. Hotel staff was friendly and helped us to plan our further trip to Schwarzwald. If I came to Baden-Baden again I would stay in this hotel. I liked everything abouth this hotel. |

The hotel staff were very professional. The room was clean and in room movies were offered in both English and German. The hotel was close to the city center with restaurants nearby. Parking was also very accessible and secure. |

I didn't reserve an extra-bed but the hotel staff provided a room with an extra-bed for my children. Thank you very much. Mini bar is necessary in a room. |

the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was decent enough to fill you until lunch the hotel was about 25 min walk to the spa and about 15 min to the main square. the parking was a little pricey for a small town. |
