The hotel was modern, stylish, clean, had on-site parking and the staff were very helpful Noisy neighbours but they were dealt with swiftly by the staff |

The a/c is surely a plus to this clean and comfortable hotel, especially in August and after the thermo bath. The walk to the city centre where the restaurant are is only about 10 minutes and very pleasant. |

Excellent locaition,100 m from bus staition and 20min.walking to the center and spa.The rooms are very clean, comfortable shower,very good and fresh breakfast.About staff - one of them (Manuella) very helpfull, she made our check in and check out. Other ones just smile without any wish to help. There is no dinner in the hotel, no double beds,no mini bar. |

helpfullness and good advice ,pleasant stay and will return next year . internet in other hotels was free , and wireless could not work ,not sure why .had to use reception area and cable to connect |

Reasonably priced, clean and comfortable accommodation with decent breakfast included in the rate. Friendly, efficient staff. No minibar in the room! It didn't bother me at all, but the floors do not correspond to the room numbers - i.e. Room 405 is actually on the 3rd floor - when the receptionist told me about this, she ordered "Do not be irritated!!" .... I wish Germans would learn that when speaking English, by inserting the word "please" into sentences, they sound less like commands ;-) |

My family and I were very satisfied with our stay in this hotel. The room has nice design and was perfectly clean. Breakfast was very good, and it is possible to have breakfast in the open air. There are many lime trees around, and we had a nice morning walk every day in the fresh air with trees blooming. Hotel staff was friendly and helped us to plan our further trip to Schwarzwald. If I came to Baden-Baden again I would stay in this hotel. I liked everything abouth this hotel. |

The hotel staff were very professional. The room was clean and in room movies were offered in both English and German. The hotel was close to the city center with restaurants nearby. Parking was also very accessible and secure. |

I didn't reserve an extra-bed but the hotel staff provided a room with an extra-bed for my children. Thank you very much. Mini bar is necessary in a room. |
