Holiday Inn Express Singen  

The location and its surrounding city centre were an asset. The whole staff was friendly and very co operative since my German is poor to communicate. Yes, nearly all the staff speaks in English. The eco friendly environment set up is very impressive. The fresh food and the wide selection of breakfast food was a looking forward every morning.

May be as a 5 nights stay with a car, the parking charges were high or better should be removed. Every hotel has its parking area.

The door of our room was so badly soundproofed that we were awakened each time somebody was speaking in the corridor

Clean, New, Functional

Lack of food options after late arrival (>10pm) in hotel, or anywhere nearby. Hotel should provide more options, than the lousy reheated frozen pizza that was available at the bar. Booked a double room - was given a twin. Late arrival, could not be bothered complaining/changing. Parking station was almost empty (<5%) yet still charged for parking €10.

Non-efficient air conditioning (27.5C room temperature after 2 hours of its functioning). No adequate reaction of the staff to this fact. According to the preliminary informaton check-in should have been possible at 14.00, but in fact there was a delay of 30 min.

neues, sehr sauberes Hotel, zweckmäßig wie alle Hotels der holiday inn Gruppe eingerichtete Zimmer, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis,günstig gelegen für Besichtigungen rund um den Bodensee

das schmutzige Frühstücksgeschirr wird sehr lange nicht abserviert, sodass nur wenige freie Plätze zu finden sind, wenn man erst gegen 10:00 frühstückt.Dieser Anblick wäre nicht nötig, das Buffet ist aber ausreichend und OK, auch frisches Obst vorhanden

Deutlich besser als erwartet für diesen Preis.

Das sehr zvorkommende Personal

Die Matrazen waren von dermassen schlechter Qualität, dass meine Frau nach der Uebernachtung 1 Woche Rückenschmerzen hatte. Die Fenster sind dermassen undicht, dass es fürchterlich zieht in dem Zimmer.

Parkgarage mit 10 Euro pro Tag nicht gerade günstig

Uns wurde direkt ein rollstuhlgerechtes Zimmer angeboten, als die Mitarbeiterin sah, dass eine Person im Rollstuhl anreiste. Die Zimmer waren gut eingerichtet und supersauber. Das Frühstück war ok. Im allgemeinen war das Hotel sehr modern und ansprechend.
