The attitude of the staff was extremely polite and they appeared to care. To arrive at reception with a car was a payable extra! The carpark barriers are situated before you arrive at reception. |

Free shuttle to airport Needed an electrical adaptor they had several but none for American electronics so I figured they were all loaned out. So asked every morning for three days. They failed to inform me that I could purchase one right next door for just a few euro. Asked staff for info on best way to get downtown and was told were the subway was after using for a few days found out they sell a three day pass at the hotel which would have saved us quite a bit, They neglected to tell us about. Staff could have been more helpful |

Very good value for money, if you don't want to be in the city center. Excellent breakfast. I booked this hotel to stay for one night cause my flight arrived in the evening and had to travel for 300km more by rented car to my destination. The area around the hotel is not so nice, but if you are only looking for a nice and clean place to sleep I highly recommend it |

Neat room design, good room equipment incl. tea facilities, readiness to prepare some coffee to passengers checking out before the breakfast time starts It would be great to add a printer to PCs in the lobby: it will be helpful for those who take early morning flights to check in online and save some time for sleeping |

It was close to the airport. Surprisingly quiet even though it was close to the busy roads. They didn't provide good info and/or maps to restaurants and the train station. Aloof attitude by employees at the registration desk. |
