This hotel offered a great location at a very affordable price. You are able to walk to most attractions in under 30 mins. Staff was great, room was clean and the breakfast was reasonable. We would not hesitate to stay here again on another trip to Berlin. Don't forget to check out the Fat Tire Bike Tour, awesome!!! |

In general the staff were friendly and accomodating and the breakfast was nice. The room was very clean on arrival and my request for extra pillows was met very quickly and with a smile. The breakfast room was very busy and the staff were a little slow at clearing the tables for the next guests. |

Location is good for public transportation. Breakfast was varied and kept us going through lunch. Desk staff was friendly and professional. This was our third visit in 5 years. Breakfast was to be served until 11:00 am on Sunday. We came to breakfast at 10:10 and found no juice glasses and diminished selection of breakfast offerings. The quantity of what there was, however, was quite adequate. This did not change our opinion of service generally as excellent. |

Room was spacious and well-appointed. The shower was roomy and the water hot. Free internet terminal in the foyer much appreciated. A fridge in the room would have been a convenient extra. |

the room in which we stayed was clean but too small 5th floor the buffet breakfest was good the hotel location is near by s bahn and u bahn and bus stat. the hotel staff very friendly at same nights we hear loud voices from the garden |

We arrived well after midnight but we were welcomed by the efficient night staff and we liked the clean room and the nice breakfasts... very close to bus and u-bahn for our first visit to Berlin. Will choose this hotel again. |

Nice hotel, centrally located, good value for the money, fine extensive and free continental breakfast. English speakers will like free access to CNN, BBC, and perhaps others in room. Computer available for use on first-come, first-served basis. Hotel not as close to Mitte Bahnhoff (central train station) as I would have liked. Be prepared, especially at breakfast, to compete with throngs of tourists traveling together if you are booking individually. |

The hotel is situated in a quiet surrounding,not far away from S-Bahn station Anhalter Bahnhof and Postdammer Platz.The important spots of Berlin are not far away. The rooms were good and comfortable.Some members of the staff were very friendly The breakfast was very good but there wasn't enough room to sit.You had to wait quiet a long time to get your coffée or tea. And there was very few healthy food such as tomatoes,cucumber. They didn 't tell us that we had to leave the towels on the floor so we used for 3 days the same towels.After asking they were changed and they told us how to do. |
