Easy to find, well located, clean and very good vfm when booked via your web site

Very close to centre of town and cheap.

Kids' extra bed wasn't comfortable. Breakfast not great. Staff a bit arrogant. It's as if they only like Germans. Bar not a great venue. Movies expensive. But hey. This was a v. cheap deal in a fab location. We didn't expect everything. Berlin's a great city break, this hotel's just for kipping in and jumping onto the underground. It's clean too.

The location is good. There is a supermarket across the street. The breakfast is fair with breads, yogourt, cold meats and cheese and boiled eggs. There is a coffee and tea making facility in the room and the room while definitely a budget choice is clean. The staff are professional.

I would not recommend this hotel because they are unable to control the temperature in the rooms. The first night we were in the front of the hotel and the room was stifling hot. On opening the window, the noise was such that it was impossible to sleep. We had a terrible night. We complained and were moved to a room in the back of the hotel which was quiet but even though we could open a large window, the room was still far too hot. Apparently even though the temperatures outside were summerlike for April, there was no air conditioning in the hotel because it was April. There is no separate sheet to cover you so you are stuck with a too hot quilt. I had read previous reviews mentioning the heat but thought we would give it a shot because of the reasonable price but it was not worth it as we spent several sleepless nights there. Do not book this hotel.

Did not like the location at all-too far away from the main areas and not very nice walking around at night. The breakfast was very poor- cheap food! Cheap meats and no real choice. Very poor compared to all the other Holiday Inn's I have stayed in. Had a problem asking for more pillows- although did supply them in the end! Very basic hotel-avoid

Breakfast is rather poor.

No wi-fi in the hotel rooms - only a internet cable that doens't work for ipad, iphone, new macs etc.

It was in a very good location for visiting the city's attractions.

The room was very small. The breakfast was not very good, the hygiene was poor, with plates not properly washed and a lot of chipped crockery.

we've booked non-smoking double room but at first we got smoking room for disabled people and it was impossible to sleep there because of the smell. We asked to change the room and it took a lot of time and talks, finally we got the non-smoking twin room. Small room. absence of the wardrobe is very inconvinient for the long stay

Good breakfast, nice and warm room.

A combination of location, price, cleanness, facility, buffet breakfast.... We were quite happy and satisfied there.......

It's quite accessible to the city centre.
