the room in which we stayed was clean but too small 5th floor the buffet breakfest was good the hotel location is near by s bahn and u bahn and bus stat. the hotel staff very friendly at same nights we hear loud voices from the garden |

We arrived well after midnight but we were welcomed by the efficient night staff and we liked the clean room and the nice breakfasts... very close to bus and u-bahn for our first visit to Berlin. Will choose this hotel again. |

We stayed there two times,one night each time.The first time in 6th floor the room was beatiful and large enough but the second time in the 1st floor the room was too small. breakfast |

Nice hotel, centrally located, good value for the money, fine extensive and free continental breakfast. English speakers will like free access to CNN, BBC, and perhaps others in room. Computer available for use on first-come, first-served basis. Hotel not as close to Mitte Bahnhoff (central train station) as I would have liked. Be prepared, especially at breakfast, to compete with throngs of tourists traveling together if you are booking individually. |

The hotel is situated in a quiet surrounding,not far away from S-Bahn station Anhalter Bahnhof and Postdammer Platz.The important spots of Berlin are not far away. The rooms were good and comfortable.Some members of the staff were very friendly The breakfast was very good but there wasn't enough room to sit.You had to wait quiet a long time to get your coffée or tea. And there was very few healthy food such as tomatoes,cucumber. They didn 't tell us that we had to leave the towels on the floor so we used for 3 days the same towels.After asking they were changed and they told us how to do. |

near to the metro, only need 8 min. by foot. Breakfast was very nice. Room was clean and bright. But somehow noisy if open the window. |

Specily the staff, friendly and very helpfull, the breakfast is very good and it's nice to have a bar for just a drink when you coming back from the City trip or whatever. Waiting time for to use the internet from the hotel, next time I wil bring my laptop even if I don't like to travel with my laptop, but for just find a address or for flight information sometimes we didn't have access to the hotel internet beccausse other customers like to play on the hotel internet. |

Close location to the Potsdamer Platz and Checkpoint Charlie, nice bathroom and toilet with one-door system Airconditioning wasn't working properly, +28 C outside with sun shining. You could only warm your room more... stuff informed that it's automatic and nothing can be done... so be prepare for free Sauna in your room |

Convenient for getting around Berlin. Also helpful when we requested an ironing board and iron. The room did not have adequate space for clothes - all open shelves no drawers and there was no safe in the room. I also did not get the room I thought I had booked - double bed I got twin beds. |
