The room was very clean and the hotel provided a nice buffet breakfast. Buffet breakfast was open for good amount time so you didn't have to rush down for breakfast. Two great restuarants across the street- German and Italian and a nearby ice cream stand. Ten minutes walking distance to Potsdam and 3 min. walk to subway station. Two easy subway stops away from Brandenburg Gate where we joined a wonderful walking tour. I would stay here again. |

Helpful and multi-lingual staff, excellent air-conditioning system which was very acceptable during a week of extremely hot outside temperatures. The breakfast room can get very crowded in the morning. However, food and drinks on display were fine and a constant system of replenishment helped. |

Apparently the system was down, so they double booked our room, but when we checked in, they booked us a lovely room at the hotel next door (four star) and gave us complimentary drinks. Staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. Location is quite central, 10 min walk to the center. |

the only thing i would say is cleanliness and room size and reasonable breakfast It is not near the central railway station as one would have the impression while booking. The room is very basic, no fridge, iron, tea/coffee, no cupboard and tv 1 english channel. |

Very close to Potsdamm platza. 5 minute walk from nearest U-bahn station. lots of restaurants close by limited breakfast, hit and miss what was available depending the time you arrived in restaurant; although it was busy when we went, maybe they were understaffed in the kitchen area as many tables were also left uncleared for a while. |

Location is exellent. Very close from Hauptbahnhof and Brandenburger Tor. Quite and green district. Hotel is very clean. Room was very small for two adults and one kid (we had additional bed), but we only slept there, so it wasn't a big problem. The breakfast choice is quite poor and the breakfast area is overcrowded. |
