Good breakfast, and nice,neat and new hotel facilities The hotel staff was not particularly friendly, and unfortunately we were given a smokers room, even when specifically asked NOT to have one. Hotel not easy to find, more specific instructions to reach hotel will be appreciated. |

We stayed 6 days.If you do not put "do not disturb" note on your door then room service wake you up 08:30.Last two days one elevator was out of service.(there is two elevators on the hotel).Reseptionist are not wellcome to the costumers. Reseptionists should try to be nice to their costumers. |

Good access to City centre,close to the Messe Trade Fair and good safe car park. Staff were very pleasant and were willing to help at all times. At the price I was charged I could not complain about a single thing. |

A New hotel in dusseldorf. 5 km from the city centre. The rooms are ok. The breakfast is sufficient Value for price. There is a parking free in front of the hotel Good for business and holiday. |

The hotel staff was very helpful and the breakfast was great because there are is a variety of food. The overcharge of the use of Internet. Instead of charging me 1 hour which I surfed I was charged 10 hours! |
