non smoking roomを予約時に希望したが、チェックイン時にコメントなく喫煙者ルームであった。確認したが、禁煙ルー- ムはもう無いとの回答であった。 上記同様、予約時にnon smoking roomは予約満杯などの表示をしてほしい。 |

Staff were helpful and polite even when they were busy, free internet in the public area, bar area was comfortable and some limited hot food was served there, room was quiet even though close to busy roadway. Very good value. Shuttle was convenient. We booked a double room and ended up in a twin room - not sure how this happened. We did not query the hotel on this as the room was very good other than that, so we lived with it. Would have preferred the free wifi to also be available in the room. |

The hotel is about a 15 minute drive away from Frankfurt International airport. There is free wifi in the reception area. You can get coffee, tea and soft drinks from machines in the reception area, also sandwiches and snacks which is convenient if you have been travelling. The room was very comfortable and breakfast (which is included in the price)was served from 5.45 a.m. so very convenient if you have an early flight. There are a couple of restaurants about a 3 minute walk away from the hotel we had a really good meal at one. |

Breakfast was good, clean room, close to the airport, nice restaurant close by, but the food is not that good. The rumbling of cars and trucks is very disturbing, I could not sleep from the street noise; road traffic noise did not stop. Make sure you get a room opposite to the street. Shuttle bus should have been free, I was told when I checked in the shuttle bus was free, but when I checked out I was told not free. |

Very clean and comfortable. There were no napkins in the coffee area plus I had to pay for my coffee. |

It's an efficient, business-like hotel just a few miles south of the airport and easy to find off A5. A short walk down a quiet sideroad takes you to a nice local restaurant with good food, good prices, good beer, and good service. Ask at the desk. |

Great value for money and well kept hotel. Location is in the middle of nowhere but ok if you are just staying overnight to catch the next flight out. No food at hotel except the complimentry breakfast. |

closeness to the airport, the availability of the shuttle service, and the fact you are able to return the rental car there. Breakfast was plentiful and good and included in the tarrif. We arrived in the late afternoon of the last day of the car fair so obviously were not attending any fair but the price charged for that 2 star dreary room that night was excessive - more the price of a 5 star hotel. |

Only 15mn away from the airport, with good shuttle service from/to the airport (5€). Remember to book in advance to get a seat at the time you want (only 8 seats). The room was nice end clean, staff friendly, and breakfast buffet rather good. |

Nice staff. Gave me an early check in and a late check out without any hassle. The shuttle bus which operates to and fro from the airport is very convenient and the charge is only 5 Euros for the entire stay,irrespective of how many times the shuttle is used. The shuttle drivers are cery courteous and helpful.Breakfast is good,starts at 0545 hrs till 1030. |
