The room is quite comfortable. Originally I request early check in, but finally they only allow me check in 1 hour later as per my original requested time. However, they allow me to have a free breakfast during waiting time. The staff is not very good at English. No smiling face, quite cool. Breakfast is not of much choice |

尊敬的女士，先生，实话说来，我从事商务旅行有29年时间，由于业务情况的需要，和德国的公司交道比较多。- 但是在近30年的时间里，还没有碰到过向这个酒店工作人员的高傲！自大！无理！我有全部我与贵司和这个酒店- 的邮件记录，我希望，回到家后有时间投诉这个酒店。一路行来，我们全部是通过贵司预定的酒店，他们都非常好- 。今后我会继续和贵司联系订房，但不会在法兰克福这个酒店入住。谢谢王占礼 工作员工态度需要好一些 |

The hotel is good enough, all is either new or renovated. Its location is worse than I expected. Coming in the evening next day after arrival I couldn't enter my room for an hour and had to go up and down 4 or 5 times. They misses that I had 2 days reservation and simply blocked the entrance and couldn't restore it immediately. And the same evening something happened with Internet and couldn't contact my friends, relatives and colleagues from the hotel at all. Since nobody is responsible for anything there, no adequate solution was suggested. |

room was spacious and there was enough space for the baby's cotbed; breakfast is good; hotel offers parking, but there are also free public parking spaces available just in front of the hotel hotel and rooms are youth-hostel style: essentials are available, but comfort is limited; cleanliness could be improved; the hotel is at a high street and rooms to the street are uncomfortable for a baby; staff is ok, not great (exception: Stefan); wouldn't book again as family |
