It would have been perfect, except for the air conditioning in room 411.It didn't work at all. The only thing that didn't work was the air conditioning. I told the day-recepcionist about it and said that they were going to check it out, but they didn't and it was so hot that I couldn't sleep. My parents' room was perfect (413), but ours was terrible (411). The rest was ok. |

The location was good for the reason for our stay. SHOPPING. With the taxi it's only 5-10 minutes to the busy streets of Koln where you find a lot of nice restaurants, bars, shops, etc. The breakfast was totally bad. The bread was dry and hard (and I don't mean the toasted bread), there was almost no choice and even the boiled eggs were bad. However, for a short stay the hotel is okay, because in the center there are plenty of nice places to have a good breakfast. |

As always Express - Holiday Inn you know what you are getting. Excellent shower / bathroom. Very clean room. Good layout. Good facilities and not to far from Koln centre. Would stay again. Parking!! Prices of drinks!! |

not far from Kolnmesse, only 10 minutes in tram with one line.. no direct connection to the center and nothing to do near the hotel, have to go to the center.. |

Parking lot! Nice, very modern and stylish, good breakfast The gate to the parking lot was open when we arrived and parked, but was closed the next morning. |

Very new and good hotel, clean rooms, good service, and just a walk of about 500-600 meters to the U-bahn for transport to the city. Good and safe (video camera) parking in front of the hotel. The breakfast is missing some fresh products, like slices of cucumber and tomatoes. For the rest we were satisfied. |
