Staff not courteous/helpful

we have stayed at this hotel many times before and the standard is always the same.

The location is ideal for me as in the vicinity of friends I visited.

Desk staff was not very friendly, one even to the point of being rude.

Everything was really great! This is the second time I stay there! Distance to the airport: 7 minutes with the car!!!!!

The staff were friendly and spoke English. Breakfast was good. Clean rooms.

Good location for Bonn and Cologne. Excellent breakfast. Very helpful staff

Bed and pillows were not up to usual German standard. Towels rather poor quality

Internet was a bit slow, but otherwise was ok.

I needed to sleep there only one night; it's a convininet hotel, close to the highway and the airport.

Quiet most of the time. The staff, on the whole, were receptive to my complaints and did their best to correct problems.

Too far from the train station. 20 min. Walk in the rain was tough. The tv remote did not work, and it got stuck on "pay tv" adult program, and it was a challenge to try to change the channel. The hotel should be more careful about X-rated products with such an easy access.

We're here mit 2 adults and a 10 year-old-child and for the 39 Eur it war absolutly ok.

The stairs was under reparature....was not nice

L'accueil agréable, La propreté et l'insonorisation de la chambre. Le vaste parking et la proximité avec l'aéroport de Cologne-Bonn. Je recommande également le buffet chinois du restaurant "Golden City" situé au rez-de-chaussée: bon et prix très raisonable.
