The menu card was good, the food was excellent! Breakfast with lot's of choice, fresh bread, unlimited coffee.The room was clean. We could check in before 15h00 AM. English speaking employee's. Noisy room (from the room next door and due to no double windows), Lack of organisation in general & unexperienced restaurant employee's. Poor quality of the Matras/Bed. Too little attention to guests & services. |

Men deed wel erg zijn best maar het was redelijke chaos. 40 minuten wachten op glas wijn en koffie is wel erg lang. Met excuses, vriendelijk, maar het lukte allemaal niet. Dus inzet was positief. Bed was kapot (lattenbodem), omgedraaid en toen wel prima te doen. Het is langs een drukke straat waar 's morgens om 6.00 uur het verkeer begint. Kan hotel niets aan doen maar het was niet prettig. |

Freundliche, angenehme Atmosphäre eines familiengeführten Hotels. Sehr angenehme und großzügige Ausstattung. Das Personal ist sehr um den Gast bemüht und die Dails haben Wohlfühlcharakter. Sehr kooperatives Personal. Das Frühstücksbufett wird dem Charakter und Charme des Hotels nicht gerecht. |

Das Zimmer war schön, renoviert und machte einen guten Eindruck.Die Lattenroste wurden inerhaln 1h ersetzt! Der Lattenrost in unseren Betten waren kaputt! 2 Latten fehlten komplett und 2 waren gebrochen! Als ich aufs Bett sitzte viel ich zu Boden! |

Es gab ein sehr gutes Frühstück. Es war ein Aufzug vorhanden, da ich etwas gehbehindert bin. Gute Prkmöglichkeit. Im Aufzug flackerten die Neonröhren bei unserer Ankunft und auch noch bei unserer Abreise. Das Fernsehgerät war nur mit Hilfe des Personals zu aktivieren (schlechte Erklärung im Zimmer).In einer Nachttischleuchte fehlte die Glühlampe.Halogenspot-Leuchten im Bad hingen aus der abgehängten Decke heraus. |

Die Ausstattung des Restaurates und die Dekoration waren schön. Das Frühstücksbüffet war ausgezeichnet. Die Speisekarte war klein, aber die Speisen sehr lecker.Der Chef / Koch war freundlich und sehr bemüht. Teilweise war das Personal nicht wirklich kompetent. Die Rezeption war nicht besetzt, es gab keine Visitenkarten oder Prospekte des Hauses, was einem Fremden das Wiederfinden erleichtert hätte. Aber das sind nur Kleinigkeiten, die insgesamt den guten Eindruck des Hauses nicht schmälern sollen. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. |
