The hotel is over a pub which is handy for a drink and diner but on weekends is very noisey. |

The hotel was adequate for my needs — not 4 star luxury. I would compare it to a B & B in Ireland I would query the name "Hotel" — more a B & B |

It epitomises the small, friendly, familly hotel. There didn't seem to be hot water much before 9.00 a.m. |

Die Nähe zur Messe! Die Zimmer sind direkt über die Kneipe, was das schlafen umöglich machte! Am Freitag musste ich um 4:00 aufstehen und darum bieten daß sie endlich die Musik leise drehen! Nie wieder!!!!!!! |

Die Gaststätte die "Eule" nebenan gehört zu dem Hotel Fabritz dazu und ist sehr zu empfehlen. Urig, gemühtlich, gastfreundlich mit sehr gutes Essen. Parkplatz wurde besorgt. |

Sie haben uns bei der anreise persönlich einen Parkplatz frei gemacht.
Wir bekamen eine Rüffel dafür, daß wir am letzten tag erst eine stunde später frühstückten um 9.30h, ganz daneben.
