I did not like anything about the hotel. The staff were unhelpful, the services such as WIFI were not functional and could not get to meet the manager over the 4 day stay to complain

I did not like anything about the hotel. The staff were unhelpful, the services such as WIFI were not functional and could not get to meet the manager over the 4 day stay to complain. Check-in took 45 mins as the person could not speak English and unable to deal with the guest in front of me properly. Fire alarm went of several times during my stay due to a fault system. hotel poorly maintained

Very good position for the fair. 56 euro is a right price for such a simple facility. Attended by a lot of manworkers of the fair. Poor but nice breakfast.

The moquette on the floor is not clean.

Hotel with no lift?! Can u imagine u have to carry 4 luggages climbing 3 floors? The attitude of the front desk is terrible when we ask for wifi password(u can actually forget bout the Internet, it's extremely slow). There's no curtain in my friend's room(room806). The electricity cut off during my shower, called the front desk but the guy is unable to solve, no room is offer to us, making us to stay in the dark for the whole night. My room number 802.

Einzig die Lage

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat überhaupt nicht gestimmt. Ich habe für ein Einzelzimmer Euro 230.00 pro Nacht bezahlt. Ich finde es eine Frechheit, dass wärend einer Messe der Preis für ein Zimmer, welches max. Euro 70.00 wert ist ein derart hoher Preis verlangt wird.

реально удачное месторасположение. близко к центру. удобен для размещения с целью посещения выставок. до выставочного центра минут 7 пешком.

я считаю, что цена должна быть в 2 раза ниже, так как интерьер номеров оставляет желать лучшего и их размер тоже.

Das sich in seinem Chaos schwer zurechtfindende Hotelpersonal ist trotz dieses Umstandes sehr kundenorientiert und hilfsbereit. Unkonventionelle und alternative Lösungen für Problemfälle werden schnell gefunden. Zimmer sind sauber Auch die Zimmer zur Speyerer Straße hinaus sind ruhig. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist im Preis-Leistungsverhältnis absolut optimal und sehr empfehlenswert. Man spricht dort auch deutsch.

Als Raucher sollte man unbedingt davon Abstand nehmen, Raucherzimmer zu buchen. Diese liegen zwar sehr ruhig im Innenhofbereich, sind jedoch so "abgeranzt", dass sich empfindliche Geister schnell unwohl fühlen könnten. Lieber mal auf die Kippe im Zimmer verzichten und ein Nichtraucherzimmer buchen. Der Fernseher empfängt nur Bruchteile des üblichen Programmangebotes.

Proche du centre ville et des transports.

Taille du lit, lit non fait, chambre côté rue très bruyante et pas d' insonirisation entre les chambres, propreté de la chambre.

Le prix des chambres est très cher à certaines périodes, j'ai payé la première nuit 49€ et la 3eme nuit à 240€. Je pense que les prestations ne valaient pas ce prix très honéreux.

Accueil bizarre, chambre fumeur qui empestait, moquette et murs vieux et dégradés, couchage sans protection des matelas, tv d'un autre age, rideaux transparents, un endroit à fuir

Допадна ми отзивчивостта за по-ранно настаняване - преди 14 часа, както и предоставената възможност да проведем репетиция в лобито на хотела.

Не ми хареса факта, че само в една от 8-те резервирани двойни стаи за групата бяха налични обявените в сайта на хотела вода, б. шампанско и др. за " добре дошли"
